Ruined by The Mafia Heir

Jordyn Windslow never expected a trip to Sicily for her sister’s wedding to put her directly in the path of one of the most feared men on the island. Ares Russo is dark, controlled and impossible to read. The kind of man who walks into a room and changes the atmosphere without saying a word. Jordyn knows almost nothing about him, only that people seem to lower their voices when he is near, doors open without question, and no one is ever brave enough to tell him no. What she doesn’t know is why. Known in the underworld as “Il Mietitore”—the Reaper—Ares built a reputation on blood, fear and silence. Violence, vengeance and death are all he has ever really known. Until Jordyn. She is everything he has no business wanting. Beautiful, stubborn and far too innocent for the darkness surrounding him. Ares knows keeping his distance is the only way to protect her from the life he has spent trying to leave behind. Then Jordyn becomes a target. Protecting her should have been simple. Falling for her was never part of the plan. As danger closes in and long-buried secrets begin to surface, Jordyn starts to realise the man she has fallen for is hiding far more than she ever imagined. Loving Ares means stepping into a world she never knew existed, one built on loyalty, power and blood. And once Ares decides Jordyn is his to protect, there is no line he won’t cross to keep her safe. Ares Russo may have tried to leave the Reaper behind, but some monsters never truly disappear. He vows, for every tear Jordyn sheds, someone will bleed. And Sicily is about to remember exactly why they called him the Reaper.
