CHAPTER 28

After about an hour of relaxation, Sophie felt energetic and in a great mood, she decided then to go cause some mischiefs to her elder brother, who didn't bother to come welcome her home with a hug or birthday wishes.

She walked graciously into his room without knocking or waiting for permission to do so. To her surprise they were both cuddling each other at the balcony.

'They look great, so this is what this brother of mine is up to' Sophie thought

Ryan felt someone was in his room, he turned only to be met with an angry and pouting face staring at him.

He knew what that face meant and made a move towards her with the intention of embracing her in a warm embrace, but Sophie, even though she really wants to be in his arms at that moment, she has other plans. She wanted to act unconcerned and that she didn't care about his existence, even if that part was far from the truth.
