Chapter 5.

The ninja guy moved towards Brandon's neck. He aimed for Brandon's throat. Bella however opens the door on time. " What do you think your doing?" Bella throws away the supper she had brought for Brandon. She moved towards the black ninja guy. The guy tried to fight Bella but the guy is no match for Bella. She kicked him hard on ribs. She could have broken them but she didn't want to injure him. The guy falls down in a few kick throws. He ran away through the window before Bella could remove his mask. " Brandon, are you fine? Did he hurt you?" Bella said with a worry look on her face she calls in the doctor to come check on Brandon.

On the road outside the hospital. The ninja guy makes a call. " Hello boss, l have failed. There was a lady who interrupted the mission." The guy said holding his rib side. The voice on the phone asked in anger "So you mean, you didn't complete the mission." His target had failed. So the boss was Zane. He throw the glass of wine that he was holding. It was all smashed. He wanted Brandon dead so that he could have his way to Bella. But he had failed the first attempt.

WESTFIELD UNIVERSITY.

"Hey Elias semester papers are getting closer. so you better start studying seriously because what l'm seeing your performance is declining. You might consider a retake next semester. " Elias economic professor said. It was the paper he did the previous day. He had actually failed it. Professor had hopes in him. The semester papers were near. Thank God the last paper was just a test or he would have to do a retake. Elias made his was back to the lecture room feeling helpless. Levi came to his side and asked him what the lecturer had told him. Elias told him they the professor said he might have to do a retake. "What will you do? The semester papers are on the way." Levi said with great concern.

Elias thought for some minutes. He smiled a little and moved passed. Levi. " You know what? Am going to visit Brandon at the hospital. You might find Vex is there with him. " Elias said. Levi shook his head helplessly. Elias was much more obsessed with Vex and didn't mind if his future was at stake.

AT THE DEVIL'S CLUB.

" Hello bikers today we are having an important guest. And guess who? Vex is joining our club. Members our club has been in the shadows for long so it's time now we prove we are worth mafias. Let's make Vex our president." Gunner said holding up his glass. Devil's club had been in the shadows just because they had worthless leaders who were actually not known any where. They had leaders who had racing skills so making Vex their president would do them a huge favour and they would go on map. Some members were protesting that saying they didn't know Vex's identity and that no one had ever seen Vex's face. So what good would it do making Vex the president.

Gunner who believed in success no matter what told them that all they needed was success not Vex's face. Outside a bike was had moved and it stopped right at the lion's club bar. A figure well covered in black jeans and leather jackets. Gloves on and the helmet on. As usual. Vex moved towards Gunner. Vex sat and crossed the leg. Waited what the next program would be. " Well as we all know, we are here to vote our president of devil's club. And l hope you guys choose accordingly. Vex is a new member here." Gunner said. Soon the voting was on.

BELLA'S VILLA

A maid moved towards Bella's room and tells her that Mr. Shone was waiting for her in the study room. Bella actually never wanted to talk to her father. He was the reason she had no mother. Bella actually blame many people for her mother's death. And she was also ready to get them all pay for what they did to her especially Victoria.

" Hey, Bella. I haven't seen you since the banquet. Well, how have you been." Mr. Shone said. Bella looked at him for a quite long time and at last she spoke. " As if you care. Tell me why your here. l don't have time for all of this." Mr. Shone moved closer to here facing her right on her face. " Bella, l want you to inherit my company. l don't want my hard work to go to those useless brothers of yours. l know you have been through a lot but this is the way l can make it up to you, honey." He said. Bella didn't want anything to do with her dad's company stuff. So she looked at him and said it right to his face. " I don't need your company. "

Bella turned to leave. Mr. Shone stopped her and said in a very serious tone. " l'm about my end. And l have few months to leave. Bella your the only child l can trust please consider that. l have arranged a business marriage with one of my company investors. Marriage and the board will choose you as the next chairman of Shone Beverage. Please don't let my hard work go in vein." Bella stormed off angrily.

Bella's father was not only forcing her to inherit the company but also he was forcing into a business marriage. She was more annoyed.

WESTFIELD UNIVERSITY.

Students were all busy with the semester paper preparations. Elias was just moving around the campus. Bella was also at the University. She used to come during exams only. She didn't attend lectures. The university was Shone's property. Bella sat down in the lecture room. She would come one week before the exams and do a little bit of revision and then do the papers. Bella's third brother, Riven , was also at campus. Riven was however well behave but Mr.Shone doubted him. He was a psycho sometimes and also hot tempered.

After the lecture Bella spotted Elias and his friend sitted somewhere. " That's face is familiar." She said to herself but she wasn't sure where she had seen that face.

HOSPITAL.

Brandon was getting discharged tomorrow. He was now improving through he was in a wheelchair. He had broken his leg. In the evening Bella came to see Brandon. Elias had also come to see Brandon hoping to find Vex there. The door opened and Vex entered.
