"Goodnight," Blake said once again before he left the room. Veronica smiled and closed the door. The moment the door shut, tears flow through her face. She could feel that Blake was just pretending he loved her. She could see how Blake looked at Evangeline, the way he stared at Evangeline than her was too different. She knew that Blake was trying to tell him that but she managed to cut him off, she didn't want to break up with him, she was not ready yet.

Veronica was trying to win his heart, she was assuming that there might be at least a few love he left for her. But the moment she kissed her, he didn't turn back the kiss, she tried to ignore it but he didn't as well tell her "I love you too," when she said, "I love you." The fact that after the day they became together Blake was all busy in the museum and didn't even ask her for a date.

"I'm right, he didn't like me, but why? Why does he have to tell me he loved me?" she asked
