Blake heard a knock on his door which woke him from his sleep. He immediately got up.
"Who is it?" he yelled as he rubbed his eyes.
"It's me, are you still sleepy? Should I come in?" Veronica said behind the door. Blake couldn't hear her, he wasn't focusing. It seemed like something was blocking his ear that he couldn’t hear what Veronica was saying.
"Babe?" Veronica called but no one answered. "Hey, are you okay?" she asked.
"I'm coming in, okay?" she said but still no response.
Veronica thought he might still sleeping and she wanted to wake him up for breakfast.

Blake's eyes enlarged in horror the moment he heard his doorknob clicking. He hurried towards the door and shut it... Veronica was startled and taken aback. He was surprised that he left his door unlocked.
