Chapter 3:- Punishment

At King’s Palace

What time of night was it when she opened her eyes and felt thirsty? She moved towards the stairs in fear. There was light outside the room. Every scene was shining. She was returning with a glass when she had to stop at the sound of screams coming from a room. The screams were from a girl. She was screaming badly as if she was in a lot of pain. "Who told you to take this girl to black town?" That is what is being said about Tashfa.

"I don't know anything," she groaned in pain, and at the same time began to scream.

Of course she was Marina. She had always been a sensitive girl. She didn't like to see anyone in trouble because of her, but she didn't have the courage to go inside.  "Cut off her head," he commanded. It was King's terrifying voice, as if the snake had sniffed. This was a punishment for a minor mistake. Then a loud scream was heard from inside.

"King someone is at the door" Her presence was noticed. As soon as she took a step to run away, the voice from inside grabbed her. She could not move. An unseen force was holding her. She became breathless. The "come in" order was given directly to her.

She was still resisting fleeing. "Come in," he said, her heart pounding in her throat .The door opened in front of her. There were two fat bull-like guards standing in front of her. One of them grabbed her by the arm and pushed her inwards. There was a severe injury on her nose. She sat up groaning in pain.

When she looked up, Marina's lifeless body was lying in front of her. Her hands were broken and her neck was also cut. However, there was not even a trace of blood. She had no idea that such a mistake would be punished so severely "Lying is a very bad thing, but betrayal is even worse. We never forgive a traitor.

It was King's voice. She raised her head and followed the voice. He was sitting on a magnificent chair with great pomp. The best ... Precious chandeliers, twinkling curtains, dazzling glass floor ... It was a different world. King's eyes were red. He was dressed in a black royal robe. A princess stood next to him with a crown on her head. She was surrounded by strange feelings. Maybe her punishment would have started from today. She was sitting on the floor made of stone.

"Get up," King had told her. She was sitting there. "Why is she so stubborn?" King thought helplessly. He didn't want to hurt her but she was forcing him. She was testing his patience. He gestured to his special guard (Zami). He picked her and made her stand.

"What have you just heard through the door?" King's voice echoed. Tashfa looked at Arianna. She smiled softly, gesturing her to speak.

"Mmm ۔ ۔ I didn't see anything ... "She heard herself say she could barely speak. King was angry. She was lying in front of him. Despite his warning she was still lying.... He stood up angrily. Arianna also got up.

"We know how to find out the secrets." He came in front of her as fast as the wind. She didn't understand. How could anyone walk at such a speed that he could cover the distance in the blink of an eye. He frowned and turned his face towards her. He was standing with his eyes in hers. The color of his eyes got darker and the expression on his face was hard. He couldn't take his eyes off her. He was mentally gripping her. She tried to nod but King's grip was tight.

“Tell me the truth. What did you hear? “He tried to find out the truth but he saw nothing except her past ... he had no access to any of the events of her present. He tried again and again but could not reach her which made him angry. He was pressing hard and her refusal forced him to take a dangerous stance. Tashfa start crying. Tears were rolling down from her eyes. King felt helpless. Her tears always made him helpless. It still happened. He restrained himself, left her, and suddenly retreated.

"Take her to the room." He ordered the slaves to leave. Tashfa looked at him with a tearful look and King's heart was pounding. What a magnetism to pull his heart away. He could not hold the strings in anyone's hands.

Hala was shocked to see that espionage was a serious crime and the punishment for serious crimes in this world is serious, but this was the first time that a criminal was sent back from this room without being harmed without punishment. There were a lot of questions in the hearts of everyone present but no one had the courage to ask.
