Back to School.
Lokun stayed by the hospital even after he was escorted out, when I asked him, he said he could no just stay apart from me. This filled me with both confusion and sweetness in my belly. School started and I was finally well enough to return. Fucking small towns, stories went around and rumors got spread so easily.
Lokun and his siblings came to pick me that early morning. Their jeep was seen parked in front of the mansion gates by some workers and reported to my father, I thought he was about to go get his rifle and run to the gate when I saw his face, his anger and disapproval shown on his face but when I stood in front of him, he became calmer and whispered "I do not trust those things, baby. I don't like this."
It is okay, dad. I'm safe with them," I replied then smiled brightly as I hugged him. I then walked out the gates. The siblings were already waiting in the jeep, Lokun emerged from the vehicle as and hugged me tightly, whispering "Welcome back, Bisi."

Shunbunmi was surprisingly a good company. We stayed up chatting through the whole night. The boys didn't sleep either.
