DANIEL’S POV.

“They crossed the line, and I did to them what I needed to do,” I answered her and she moved closer to me again.

“Firing them seems right to you? It was not even you they had an issue with!”

“So what if it is not me? It is still my house and I have rights in it,” I shrugged my shoulders off and she raised her brows.

“Seems this house is your valued possession. Will you just strap it on your back and go everywhere with it?” She frowned and I held back my laughter.

Is it my valued possession?

Of course, no.

“Should I?”

“Daniel, why did you sack them?” She asked for the umpteenth time and I shook my head.

“They disrespected you, so they deserved that!” I snapped back at her and her eyes fluttered.

I was not going to say anything. I didn't even know she was going to notice that.
