Rose's point of views:I perked up to give Daniel another glance. I have been doing that for a while now.His attention was only on his laptop's screen. Daniel's point of views :A short moment of eye contact and then that small smile on face.That's OUR intimacy.Just moments like these have become the most favourite part of my day.I don't take them as hints. Daniel's point of views :We failed?I was stunned on my spot.The grief is so strong that it has shook all of us. We thought we had it all in our control. We thought we had saved her.But we were SO WRONG!Another murder.We failed her.Sorrow pierced me to the core.With a heavy sigh, chase said in low voice"He managed to get Stella. By the time we reached her place, it was... too late." "Not just the basta*d brutally murdered her but he also challenged us leaving this message for us" chase added.Message?Swallowing, I peeked my head up to look at the white screen in front of me and as soon I did that my hand fisted into a ball and muscles went rigid.I could feel my breathing getting excessive.It showed words written on the wall with blood that said "You are right! Rose is next" It felt like someone had pushed me off the cliff and the sinking sensation followed by the hollow feeling.I was aware my face was turning cold, I probably looked like a pale white ghost.I am scared.

Rose's point of views :The serene quiteness made no difference to my thumping heartbeats.As we walked together,My mind was still trying to absorb what just happened back then.Ominous thoughts filled my mind likeWho was he? How long will this continue? I hate to feel so vulnerable everytime."Don't worry. Rose's point of views :And then he told me everything...How he was appointed for this mission to find the mysterious murderer that has been brutally murdering women since months.How they found out that I was one of his targets and that he was chosen for my protection.Frankly, I was scared. Infact, I was terrified when he told me about Stella's murder.I couldn't help but wonder How sick could one be to do something so brutal!How could someone be so inhuman?Only a sheer devil would do something so sinful.Heaving out a sigh,"Why did you have the knife that day? Did it belong to the murderer?" I asked him.He nodded back and replied back "We had confiscated that knife from the spot on the night when we saved Stella earlier""And that night, I heard you stopping someone to burn someone alive. Um, what was that?" I couldn't refrain from asking."That was just another criminal we caught the night before. My colleague loses his cool easily but nothing of the sort happened" he replie

Rose's point of views :"Damn! Will you please get out of your Dreamland, rose! It's getting annoyed now. What has gotten inside you?" I heard Jessy's complaining voice."It's nothing" I said softly and couldn't hide the smile I still have from the last night."Seriously? What changed overnight? The last time I saw you, you were this grumpy and worried young woman and now, you have this irritating goofy smile plastered on your face even while staring at this stained white wall" she exasperated.I looked back puzzled.Is it?I couldn't even tell."It's something related to Daniel, right?" Rose's point of views :Almost running downstairs, I found Jessy talking to James.Just when James looked past Jessy towards me and then waved at me with his characteristic smirk smile "Hey" He suddenly raised his camera and clicked a picture of me making me momentarily startled on my spot.I had to blink a couple of times to regain back my composure" It's rude to click picture of someone without the permission. Please delete it." I told him straightaway."Come on! Just one picture" he said with a pout."I need pictures of every beautiful thing in this city. You are one of them" he added then.My eyes simply widened as i stared back lost for words now.He added " I am sorry. My bad!
