Scarlet's POV:
"What did you say, Harriet?" I voiced, sitting up on my bed. "That... that there is a rumor, my lady. About... about a girl... that the king brought to the pack." Harriet stammered, kneeling down before me. Standing up, I asked, "The king brought a girl to the pack?" "Yes, my lady." "And where is this girl?" "She's at the underground room." I walked around my room slowly, taking in the information my personal help had just passed to me. The king isn't one to just bring any woman to the palace, if he did that... then it means she's important to him. The question now, is.. how important is this woman to him? I can't have anyone lady been so important to him. "And what those these rumors say about who she might be to the king?" "That she might be his Luna." Harriet replied, staring down at her feet. What? Luna?? No one owns that position, except me. I am to be his next Luna, and no one else. "Take me to her." I instructed, already walking out the door of my chamber. "What, the king specifically ordered that no one should go there." Harriet voiced, running after me. "Well... my dear Harriet, I am not no one. And what? Is not like he would kill me." I responded, walking even faster. "Of course not, but he would kill me." She cried out. I halted, and turned around to stare at her. "Oh my goodness, thank you my lady. Now please let's head back before anyone sees us." She passed across hastily, beckoning on me with her hand. "I stopped because I do not know what turn I should take next. Harriet, you have to be in front of me." "What?" She let out, surprised. "Come on, lead the way." I gave her a slight nudge on the shoulder. "Yes, my lady." She shook her head sideways, "I celebrated to quick." Harriet walked in front of me, leading me to the unknown girl's room. We passed through a long hallway, then a flight of stairs leading to the underground. Harriet finally stopped in-front of a door, then turned to me, "This is her room, my lady." Without wasting time, I barged into the room opening the door wide. "So-" The words I was meant to say after that, got caught up in my mouth. Why? I was caught off guard by her beauty. Who in the world has white hair, and her eyes... blue, ocean blue. She had all the right curves in the right place, and overall... she looked like a goddess. "Don't tell me you are smitten by her beauty, because I am too." Harriet whispered to me. "Who are you? And why are you in my room?" The unknown lady asked, her eyes staring at me intently. I felt intimidated. What? This is supposed to be the other way. I am supposed to be intimidating her! "Scarlet, King Wilder's fiancée. Soon to be Luna of Nightshade pack." I answered, making sure I stood tall and appeared confident. The lady folded her hands below her boobs, her eyes taking in my entire length as she walked over to me in slow, threatening steps. "So?" She asked, having a calm demeanor. "What? So??" I let out, surprised by her nonchalant attitude. "How dare you—" "LISTEN HERE!" She yelled in my face, cutting me off. "I don't care who you are to Wilder Reagan. But you see, I plan to have sex with him in the nearest future. And you are not coming in-between that." Sex? What in the world is she saying? "You... you.. want to have sex, with my fiancée??" I stuttered still unable the words she was sprouting out of her mouth. "Yes. And that is why you can't be his fiancée." She responded simply. "How dare you!" I yelled, raising up my hand ready to slap her, but she was quick to hold my hand. I staggered back ward, gasping in shock as her head lit up in blue fire. She walked to me in slow steps, and I move backwards even more, then I tripped and fell to the ground. "My lady." Harriet called out, trying to help me to my feet. "Step away from her!" The lady ordered in a loud voice, her hands lighting up in blue flames, just like her head. Harriet moved away in fear. The lady lowered herself before me, her burning face right in front of mine. She tutted, "tell me, what should I do with you?" "What?" I let out, my chest heaving up and down in a fast rhythm. "You see Scarlet..." She drawled, caressing my hair softly. I stared at her with rapt attention, shocked that her blue fire wasn't burning my hair. "I do not like to share what is mine. And Wilder Reagan, is mine." "Let's go, my lady." Harriet said hurriedly, raising me up with her hands and together we ran out of the room. "That girl is sick! She's sick!" I shrieked, as we walked up the stairs. "She's sick and frightful." Harriet agreed, walking hastily behind me. What? Wilder Reagan is hers? Who the hell made it so. "I need you to get me informations, on her. I need every single information you get, Harriet, leave nothing out." I instructed, and she nodded, "Yes my lady." "I will go see the king, so be on your way." I informed her. "Of course— what! You want to see the king??" She questioned, halting in shock. "Yes, I need to know my position is not be threatened by some unknown girl." I responded, already walking in the direction of the throne room. "Uhm... I don't really think—" "Then don't think, Harriet. Just do what I had instructed you to do." She stared at me in an unsure manner, then bowed and said. "Yes my lady," She walked in the opposite direction, while I continued my journey to the throne room. "What do you want, Scarlet?" King Wilder asked, staring down at me from his throne with those lifeless eyes of his. Why won't he just give in to the wolves inside of him, and die. "Who is she?" I asked, standing at a distance from his throne. For years, I have acted like I wasn't afraid of him, but I do. I fear Wilder Reagan. And for years, I thought I was the only one who could stand in his presence but I was wrong, there's an unknown girl who is somehow in love with him, I thought I had no competitor, why? Because King Wilder is nothing but a monster. "There's a lot of she's in my palace. You do not somehow think that I know all of them?" He voiced, sitting up straight on his throne. "Be specific, Scarlet. I have somewhere to be at." "The one I presume you are about to go meet. The girl under—" I gasped in shock, stumbling backwards in fright. Wilder had super sped to where I stood, shocking the daylight out of me. "The girl underground is none of your business, Scarlet." He let out in a low growl. Calming my nerves down, I stared at him in the eye... my fingers holding onto the both side of my dress. "It is my business, if she claims the man I am to marry, belongs to her." "She said that?" He asked chuckling. What? Did he just laugh?? "Yes." I answered, staring at him fiercely. Although, I knew he could see through my facade. "Hmm. Well... it is still none of your business, Scarlet. If you don't want to get killed, then I advise you to stop being curious." He stared at me intently, "and believe me, this time around... I won't be the one doing the killing." He cackled softly, then walked past me heading for the doors. "YOU SAID I WOULD BE YOUR LUNA!" I shouted at the top of my voice, my chest heaving. He turned around, and I whispered... "you promised." He grinned. "I guess, promises are meant to be broken." With that said, he left. What? Promises are meant to be broken??Wilder's POV;What? I belong to her?? She's audacious. Audaciously cute... 'Don't you dare touch her! I don't care if you don't have a soul, but the moment you lay a finger on her. I will find a thousand ways to kill you, Wilder Reagan.' In that moment, I was much more interested at the way my name rolled out of her beautiful lips, than the threats she made. I had found her extremely attractive.. I don't know why? Was it perhaps... because she is the only woman to have ever threaten me. Every other lady would shiver in my presence including Scarlet(she tries to hide it, but I see her fear) but Blue, she didn't. She looked me in the eye and threatened me. Ha!"Sire." "What the hell, Hershel!" I let out in shock, as his face appeared in front of my eyes bringing me out of my head. "Forgive me, sire. I didn't meant to startle you." He apologized, lowering his head.I closed my eyes, and then opened them. "What is it, Hershel?" I asked, sighing tiredly. He stared at me for a second,
Blue's POV"What?? It didn't work!" Sarah exclaimed staring at me worriedly. I nodded slowly, "yes. And he was really mad about it." I could still remember the look he had on his face... he looked disappointment, but at the same time he had murderous eyes. "Oh my goodness, what are we going to do?" Sarah voiced fearfully.I stared at her, confused by her sudden worry. "We don't have to do anything. It is none of our business." "Can't you see what's going on??" She asked, her eyes wide open. "See what?" I answered, still unable to understand what she had in mind. "The king, he got you out of your prison because he needed your flames. And now that you are of no help to him, don't you think he would want to return you back to the prison he got you from or send you out of his pack?" I stayed quiet, her words repeating in my head. "But.. he gave Hershel until dawn to come up with a solution." "What if he doesn't?" I bit my lower lip, standing up from the bed. I walked around, as I
Wilder's POV;"Why in the world do I have to marry her??" I asked Hershel, shocked by what he had just said. "Her flames had refused to accept you and that is why the hole in your chest won't close up." He answered. "Explain, Hershel." I snapped, "Why won't it accept me?" I asked further. I need him to go straight to the point, not to say words that I barely understood. "Her flames, it's alive." I rubbed my forehead tiredly, "I know that, Hershel." He had already explained this to me, I don't know why he felt the need to say it again. He had explain that the reason why her flames would eat a person soul, instead of burn the person's body like a normal fire would... was solely because they live. "So... normally her flames would devour on their victim's soul, but because of the mystical wolves in you... the flames actually quenches once inside your body." He explained even more, but nothing he said made me understand why I had to get married to Blue. "Hershel." I called, annoyed.
Author's POV; Perhaps it was the tone in which she had said it, or the fire in her eyes when she said it. Wilder couldn't tell what it was that had suddenly set his insides ablaze, but he knew that the only person capable of quenching the fire inside of him was the petite gorgeous woman, standing before him. Without a word, his hands encircled her waist.. And he drew her even closer, her naked breast slapping against his chest. In silence, with only the rhythm of their beating heart evading the room, he carried her up in his arms and, without breaking eye contact, walked over to the bed, and laid her on the bed. Kneeling down on the bed, he stared down at her naked body. His eyes roamed around her body hungrily, his lips begging for a taste of her. He lowered his lips down to her pointed perky nipples, and once his cold spittle touched her nipple, Blue shivered. He twirled his tongue around her nipple, making it to shoot out even more and causing Blue to tremble even more. His fi
Blue's Pov; "Are you really that happy?" Sarah asked, placing her head on the right side of my shoulder, as she stared at me through the mirror. I looked away, my cheeks morphing into a deep red color. "Woah! Don't tell me the great Blue Flames, is actually blushing!" She exclaimed, teasingly. I hid my face away in my palm, giggling in excitement. "That's enough Sarah, or my cheeks will burst." I voiced, trying to regain my composure, rubbing my cheeks lightly, but the events of last night swarmed in my head once more, and I blushed even harder."You said I should stop, but your cheeks are getting even redder." She commented, grinning from ear to ear. "Oh my goodness! Don't tell me that's what you are actually thinking about—""Stop it Sarah." I laughed out, blushing even more. It is not my fault that I can't seem to think of anything else, but Wilder's hands all over my body, his tongue lashing deep into my pussy, while his hands holding onto me all night. "Where the hell is my
Blue's Pov; Seven days! Seven freaking days passed and the king, not even his shadow has been sighted anywhere around the dining room. I mean- what is this? We had sex, a mind blowing sex! One that I would love to have again, and he ignores me? He goes silent?? Or was the mind blowing experience I thought it was, just me alone? But he moaned! I heard him moan, and his semen dripping out of my vagina tells a different story.Shit!Or perhaps... was it something I did or say? Nah, I don't remember saying anything that would earn me a cold shoulder from Wilder. Absolutely nothing. "Are you okay, your highness?" Sarah voiced, taking me out of my head, and I looked up at her. "Of course. I am fine.""You don't look fine.." She trailed off, staring at my plate of food. "You barely touched your food." She pointed out, staring at the plate of food. I sighed, dropping the fork in my hand down on the plate. "I have no appetite, Sarah." I rose up to my feet, feeling a bit unmotivated. "We s
Blue's Pov; The man turned around slowly, visibly shaking by the turn of events. "You are the queen?" He asked, unable to come to terms with my truth.I released my hair from the tight bun, Rose styled it into, then I wiped off the little dirt she had rubbed on my cheeks."Oh my goodness, it is her." "That's the queen.""That is the woman that married the king.""Yes, she's the one.""But why is she here?" Whispers aroused from around us, as a small crowd gathered not too far away. "Forgive me my queen, I had no idea you were the one standing before me." The bulky man said, going down on his knees. "I should forgive you? Why should I forgive you, when a moment ago you acted so inhumanely to this poor little child." I voiced in disbelief, pointing at the child behind me."I didn't mean to act that way towards him. But I told the child countless times to leave, and he wouldn't listen." The bulky man defended himself, his eyes and knees still lowered to the ground. "Child, why won't
Blue's POV; "What did the king say?" Sarah asked the moment I exited the king's quarters."He doesn't care." I answered swiftly, walking hastily towards my own quarters. "What! How could he say that, the rumors are indeed true!" She exclaimed, matching up to my space." So what are you going to do now?" Her question ignited an idea in my head. I halted, my face lighting up in mischief. "But, do you know what he didn't say?" I asked, grinning from ear to ear. "I do not really love the direction of your question. But fine, what didn't he say?" She responded, her eyes staring at me suspiciously.Continuing my walk to my quarters, I answered,"Our dear king never said I couldn't do anything about it." I smiled brightly, feeling proud of the interpretation I just had. "Uhm... I am afraid to ask. But what do you intend to do about it?" I grinned at her question, and grinned even more on sighting Rosemary. "Just the woman I have been looking for." Rosemary stood before my quarters, and
