Luther jumped off,I was so scared for him.
I crawled from the bed to check if he landed softly but he was out of sight.
Alpha Damien's guards barged in, demanding for Luther.
"Where is he?" Guard 1 said as he looked around the room.
"I can swear that he was here" Guard 2 said to Guard 3 In a whisper.
I didn't say a word,I dragged my plate of food and continued eating.
"Did you see him, Madam Amelia?" Guard 1 asked me as he bowed his head.
"I have no clue about what you all want but it definitely isn't in my chambers" I answered and gulped down my water.
"I am really tired and weak as you all can see,I need some rest so if you all can be kind enough to exit my cha___
Alpha Damien walked in and my words were tied in my tongue unable to find its way out.
"Tell that fool to come out from wherever he is hiding!" He shouted as soon as he got to my front.
"Who are you talking about?" I asked in shock.
"Luther! Do not play the dumb card with me Amelia" he said,his voice slapping through the walls of my room.
"Noone is here!" I screamed.
"I knew you were dumb but I didn't know you were blind too" I said and took the glass of water on my tray.
Before I could get the glass close to my lips Alpha Damien snatched it from my hands and flung it.
It crashed on the wall and scattered to many pieces.
"Leave!" He commanded the guards and they quickly obeyed.
He faced me as soon as the coast was clear and grabbed me by the neck.
"I smell him all around you" he said as he sniffed my neck.
"Where did he pass through?" He said using his eyes to scale the room.
His grip on my neck was too tight and I screamed at the top of my voice "you're hurting me,let go off me" I said as I struggled with his grip.
He didn't budge in the slightest and I was so frustrated so I started crying but still he tightened his grip.
"This is why I don't like you,you are too violent" I struggled to say with little breath left in me.
"So you love Luther huh?" He said in anger.
"No!!!" I cried out, hitting his hands weakly cause I was losing breath.
He immediately removed his hands from my neck and stared at me in disbelief.
I coughed, trying to get back my breath.
My eyes were red due to the pressure of the grip.
"No woman in her right senses will choose to be with a man that beats her!" I explained.
"If you could change and give me all I ask I would never look at Luther twice,the bare minimum is all I need to be tamed"
I got up from the bed and walked right in front of him and joined my palm together and pleaded, "I want freedom alpha Damien".
He paced round the room in evident discomfort.
"Alright if that's what you want,it is a done deal" he said and called for the guards.
Soon after three maids walked into my room,one of them handled the room and cleaned it, clearing the broken pieces of glass on the floor.
The other two brides took me to the washroom.
I have never been bathed before,at first I was reluctant and shy but I later gave in after much persuasion.
The maids poured the exotic Royal jelly body wash,the best of it's kind.
It was known for healing and giving the skin a lush glitter.
I only heard stories about the wash but I've never used one.
It smelt so wonderful,I heaved a sigh of relief as the maids bathed me.
I was treated like a princess,I knew deep within me that Alpha Damien will go back on his words the moment he sights Luther around me so I must be watchful.
My body has undergone enough torments,this is my time of redemption and I will use it carefully,there must be no mistakes.
I walked out of the bathtub and we went into hair and make up.
I stared at myself in the mirror after the hair do, though I still looked pale ,my face was brighter,I felt a sense of hope.
Alpha Damien walked into the room accompanied by a guard.
He signaled the maids out and they obeyed.
I sat there staring at the floor,I didn't want to meet his gaze but he came for mine.
"You look really pretty, my princess," he said and smiled as he lifted my face from the ground.
"I always do," I said and stood up and walked to my bed.
"Pretty and sassy, perfect combination" Alpha Damien said.
I didn't respond,I just sat on my bed and stared at the blank wall.
"Alright,you need all the rest you can get" he said and turned to leave when a crashing sound came from downstairs.
"What was that!" He asked his guard with an angry face.
"I do not know Alpha" he said and bowed his head.
"Don't stand there looking at my outfit,Go and find out!" Alpha Damien said authoritatively.
The noise was loud and I immediately feared for Luther,I hope he got to his room safely.
The guard ran into the room,a little short of breath "It's your car Alpha" he said.
"My car?" Alpha Damien asked and made his way to the scene and I quietly followed behind.
Finally,I get to step out of this prison called a room and it's all thanks to this car incident,at that instant I knew I owed the person involved in the crash a lot and that's only if the person survives alpha Damien's wrath.
We got downstairs and his car was vandalized.
