Chapter four: The meeting of kings

                          Chapter four

After news of the capture of Uranus,the king of Jupiter decided to call an inter galactic conference to discuss the best way of ending the growing threat known as the cryptoian kataros.

Oranus (king of Jupiter):(at the conference)my fellow rulers I have called this urgent meeting to discuss the growing threat known as the cryptoian kataros,we all know of how he conquered and subdued the planets Uranus,Neptune and Pluto and brutally killed Tropais,Achilles(king of Neptune),Priam (king of Uranus),and Ziphar (king of Pluto).

Quitanus (king of Saturn):What do you suggest we do(as he looks around the other table at the other kings)

Oranus:I suggest we lunch a combined on kataros ships and men it could derail it for weeks on end allowing us to lunch another strike successfully destroying him and his fleet.

Quitanus:hmm(touches his facial hair)will it work?I mean we all king Priam tried the same tactic and it didn't work,are we really positive it would work this time around?

Oranus:Am pretty sure this will work we all have a larger military presence in the galaxy to be able to attack kataros on a larger scale

Javier (king of mars):(arrives by beam)sorry your majesties for being late (as he takes his sit)what has been discussed?

Quitanus:we have been discussing on the process of how to raise a sufficient army to attack kataros (whispers)as if you care

Javier:(hears his whisper)what is that supposed to mean?Does it mean am not interested in this?my planet is just as in much danger as any of your planets (pointing at the both of them and looks at them sternly)

Oranus:No that's not what he meant,what do you suggest we do?cos we are planning to send fleets of spaceships with men to fight kataros

Javier:that idea is a good idea,how many do you suggest we send kataros?

Quitanus:I suggest we send a million men to fight kataros if all of us can provide the necessary supplies and ammunition.

Oranus:I shall provide five hundred thousand men and my commander Michael shall lead my troops

Quitanus:very well I shall provide three hundred thousand men and my fleet shall be commanded by my commander roger

Javier:That means I shall provide the remaining two hundred thousand men and my fleet shall be led by my second son Brian

Oranus:very well since we have picked our commanders to lead our troops let's pick the over all commander of the entire troops

Javier:I suggest my son Brian for this position am pretty sure he won't fail in this mission

Quitanus:yeah right give an important mission to an eighteen year old kid,I suggest Kris he is an excellent commander and he has won multiple wars during his tenure (looks at Javier sternly)

Oranus:(looks at them nervously)look let's take things easy and put this to a vote,agreed?

Quitanus:agreed

Meanwhile on kataros's spaceship messages were coming in from planet sar about the taking over of the planet by his half brother Karl who was once sealed away in the void

Zeno:Great general reports surfacing claims your half brother Karl has escaped the void and taken over planet sar with a group of renegade military men

Kataros:What?!(shocked)but how?who aided him in his escape?

Zeno:(nervous)I-I don't know great general but I feel he will be backing on your return in order to take over planet sar again which I don't think you should instead send me I shall make sure your authority is once again stamped on planet sar

Kataros:No No (in thought) I shall go back and fight my brother and regain planet sar I trust you to remain you to remain here and finish the mission of conquering the entire planets within this galaxy (stands up and leave)

Zeno:very well my Lord

Kataros :(in his thought)I can't believe Karl is free but who could have helped him escape?

(Flash back)

On planet crypton the elders were in court getting ready to sentence Karl for a crime kataros had committed which Karl had been indicted for by a traitor working for kataros 

Elders of crypton:Karl do you have anything to say before you hear your sentence

Karl:(stands up and looks around)my elders all I have to say is that this is an injustice that has been done to me and I shall be back to get my revenge I swear it *cries and turns to kataros*and kataros you were my brother I trusted you but you betrayed me I swear on our father's memory I shall make you pay with your life

Elders:that's enough Karl we sentence you to live out the remaining of your days in perpetual banishment in the void on the planet sar guards take him away 

Karl:(as he is being taken away)I promise you all I will be back for my revenge I swear it

(Back to the present)

Zeno:(as he walks looking for kataros finds him lost in thought)your general,great general

Kataros:(comes out of his thought)hmm zeno what is it?are the troops ready to leave?

Zeno:yes my Lord

Kataros:OK I leave you in charge of half of the troops while I take the other half and leave for planet sar immediately

Zeno:OK my lord,but I still insist you don't leave its better I go in your stead

Kataros:No loyal Zeno (touches his shoulders)let me go I have an unfinished business with my brother

Zeno:ok my lord as you insist

On the planet mars everyone was preparing to wage war on kataros while king Javier was talking to his son Brian on what was discussed in the meeting he had been along side Oranus and Quitanus (kings of Jupiter and Saturn)

Javier:(comes back from the meeting by beaming back)hmm I should break the news to my son

Guard:your majesty,Draga is here to here to see you

Javier:yes?oh right please bring him (as he goes and sits down on his throne)

Draga:(comes in)your majesty you look worried. What's the matter?

Javier:Draga you have been my friend for years and there is something I have to tell you.

Draga:what is it your majesty?

Javier:my son Brian has been chosen to lead a million men into battle against kataros am worried about him and how to tell him

Draga:your majesty you made the right decision to let him be the commander and me and my sons will be with him throughout the fight

Javier:thank you my friend (turns to a guard)call Brian for me

Guard:yes your majesty (as he leaves to call prince Brian).

Draga:it will be alright your majesty 

Javier:(worried)I hope so I certainly hope so

Brian:(comes in to the throne room)you called me father and greetings draga

Javier:yes I did my son you have been selected to lead a million men against kataros as soon as everything is ready

Brian:that's great father I shall endeavor to make you proud

Javier:that's great son now am at ease and Draga here will be with you along with his sons

Brian:OK father may I take my leave

Javier:yes you may my son

Brian:thank you father (as he turns and leaves the throne room)
