Keron and his company followed the escaping Radiant Spirit to steal it back once it sunk to its new host. Keron exhibited a flying prowess he'd never shown before, and Morton was starting to feel annoyed by it.
"The Prince is obviously ecstatic," he said and snorted.
Keron scoffed. "You're just jealous. And you're still a bit sour on Bellera's death."
"I am not!" Morton hissed.
"Everyone at the academy knew you fancied her," Keron told him. "Right, Prowlaz?"

Dylan knelt down on the sand as he watched the girls do something he had never seen them do before. A fat-boned kid explained what had happened. They aimed to change Zach's whole anatomy just so he could live, and Selena was heading the operation. Selena's lips are chapped and pale. Her eyes are almost lifeless. The General brought him inside the Headquarters. He followed him straight to a vast room that houses tons of books stacked up in shelves ranging from floor to ceiling. The older man with radiance welcomed them as they entered. Dylan smiled stiffly. "How may I be of assistance, Sir?" he asked. "Jerell. meet Dylan. Dylan, here's Jerell," Dylan's said. "Teach my grandson about the history of all those factions under the rule of the IRB," he answered. "He will be taking the Exam three days from now. I want him fully informed." "Three days will not cover up everything, Sir." "Just keep on teaching him whatever you can cover until then," he said. "I'll be going now." Jerell bowed his head as Dylan's grandfather left the room.

"Nothing escapes your notice." Their attention was picked by Zach's immediate rehabilitation. Zach opened his eyes and saw three people huddling close to him. His gaze landed on Cynthia, and he brusquely pushed her away. Cynthia slumped on the floor as Zach rose, followed by Titan as Julia tended Cynthia's bruised neck. Selena walked towards Zach, and Zach looked at her visibly, wanting forgiveness. Dylan knew what was coming.
Welkin CHAPTER TWENTY SIX: HERE THEY COME
Selena stood in the middle of a vast field with Julia, Zach, and Titan. The breeze may be relaxing, but the sun was scorching hot. She can see the humidity of the weather by merely looking at her company's faces. Unlike them, she' doesn't feel the heat. They'll need the heat to strengthen their concentration. "Gloom is controlled anger," said Selena. The three of them waited for further explanation, but a whole fat minute passed by, and she spoke no more. That was it. I witnessed those Welkins teleport from the Welkin Kingdom to Earth using a portal they erected. They could be back any minute now." "You were brought to the Welkin Kingdom?!" Julia asked, awed. "How was it? Is it nice there?!" Azalea took a step back away from her. It didn't escape their notice that she seems to be avoiding Julia and the fact that those Welkins practically returned her?
