The moment I saw the caller’s name “Granny” pop up on the screen, I lost every bit of composure that was left in me. My body shivered uncontrollably and I panicked.
“Did she find out about the horseshoe? What the hell am I going to say to her? What if she asks me to give it back? ☆☆Kevin POV☆☆ I kept on losing and gaining consciousness inside my head numerous times, before; I started to feel awake for longer periods of time. I couldn’t move my body or see anything. I could only hear voices around me. First, the voices were lost and vague and then I tried to focus harder and started to recognise a door opening, nurses talking, and different footsteps around me.
