Zillion smiled with satisfaction as he slipped his cellphone into his trouser pocket. He was sure that right now Caroline must be cursing him because he suddenly hung up his phone unilaterally. But he did want to tease Caroline because Caroline would look even cuter when she nagged.
"What is wrong? You seem very happy."
Zillion quickly turned his head back and caught sight of Spencer who was giving him a weird look.
"Nothing. Just mind your own business," Zillion replied dryly and immediately walked away from Spencer. The man deliberately tore his ears away from the voice of Spencer who kept screaming behind him noisily. He didn't have time to answer any of Spencer's questions that were sure to end as long as this morning.
Suddenly the white cell phone in Zillion's left pocket vibrated. Zillion lazily grabbed the square object and immediately put it on his left ear while walking through his office lobby which is quite c
Zillion pressed the doorbell of the house impatiently as he rubbed his rough face. He seemed a little drunk tonight after sipping a few glasses of Jack Daniels. But he could still realize where he was now and what purpose he had come to this place. He wanted to treat this terrible feeling of loneliness, then replace it with a reassuring feeling of calm. “Zillion? Are you crazy! It's twelve in the midnight, and you— " Zillion immediately hugged his psychologist's tiny body, causing Caroline to nearly fall backwards. Luckily the woman had held onto the edge of the door, so that she was able to withstand Zillion's heavy body weight in front of her. "Are you drunk?" asked Caroline in confusion as she tried to push Zillion's body away from her. But Zillion continued to tighten his arms until finally Caroline chose to give up and let Zillion remain in that position for a while. “Caroline, I don't want to be left. I'm afraid to feel lonely and alone."
A day goes by without a bully like Zillion making Caroline's life feel better. All day long she felt that her life was lighter because Zillion hadn't called her at all for the vent sessions that would normally end in annoyance for her. Besides that yesterday she also didn't get too complicated clients, so today she can relax and spend more time at home having fun with Aleyna. But today she might get in trouble because suddenly she gets another message from Rein that forces her to meet. Even though yesterday she had ignored the man by not answering the dozens of messages the man sent her. But now he was texting her again, even calling her in a pushy voice so that she would agree to meet him. It was obvious that Caroline was furious because from the start she had shown her aversion to him. She doesn't want to get involved with Rein anymore. She just wants her life to be happy without the shadow of that annoying man. "Caroline, are you go
That afternoon the sky was gray and cloudy. Raindrops began to fall slowly over the cold Chicago soil. Caroline, the woman stared at the raindrops that started to wet her yard with a cloudy face because this afternoon she couldn't go out with Aleyna according to her plan this afternoon. Even though this is a good opportunity, where she happens to not be getting many clients and she is also free from the troublemaker-annoying Zillion Malloy. But maybe God hasn't allowed her to go out and have fun, so this afternoon she can only spend time at home with Aleyna while cooking mushroom soup to make her beautiful kitchen dirty because of Aleyna's act. "Mommy, let's play in the rain outside." Suddenly Aleyna appeared beside her in a raincoat with a green frog image on it wrapped around her tiny body. Caroline who saw that could only put her hands on her hips while preparing to scold Aleyna to immediately take off her raincoat. But before her m
"So Aleyna really isn't my daughter?" Rein asked disappointed. Caroline reluctantly shook her head at Rein while tidying up the papers of proof of Aleyna's custody to show Rein that Aleyna was not his daughter. "I'm sorry Rein, Aleyna is not your daughter," said Caroline regretfully as she looked at Rein with concern. She actually couldn't bear to see Rein's face that looked sad. But that's the truth. Aleyna is not his real daughter. The man had no reason to continue speculating if Aleyna was his daughter. After all, all the evidence has strongly shown Rein that Aleyna is not his daughter and Caroline. So it looks like he really should step back and not get your hopes up on Caroline because in fact their household relationship will never return to what it used to be. Meanwhile, Aaron looked satisfied next to Caroline while continuing to smile sarcastically laughing at Rein's pathetic face. He knew he must be very disappointed because his intention to win over
"Aleyna... Where are you dear?" Caroline slowly climbed the stairs in her house, calling out Aleyna's name to confirm where the little girl was. But after a long time she called out her daughter's name, the little girl did not answer her calls. Since earlier she was only treated to a lonely atmosphere that was so thick in her house without hearing Aleyna's usually noisy chattering voice. "Aley—" "Sshhhh... Don't be noisy, she's sleeping." Caroline stared in disbelief at the sight presented on the bed containing Aleyna and Zillion. The two humans had apparently been curled up warmly under the blankets comfortably without caring about her who was having the hassle below because she had to calm the two men who were burning the fire of hatred. "Since when have you been there? Why are you sleeping in my room?" asked Caroline irritably. She harshly slid Zillion's feet down and made the man's legs now stretch out across the floor. "I'm tired,
The man grinned slyly, stared intently at the minimalist white house in front of him while rubbing the corners of his lips which still felt wet after kissing Caroline's lips and cheeks. Tonight he managed to play his part well to lure Caroline into his life. Maybe he was crazy to have played with fire behind Cassie, but he wanted to do it to pay revenge on her for being so indifferent. With Caroline, he was able to forget his feelings of emptiness and also make Cassie jealous later when she returned from New York. Ah, that was a perfect plan. He only got it a few hours ago while playing with Aleyna in Caroline's room. From now on he had to be more active in approaching Caroline so that she could be easily controlled. Tonight anyway he was quite pissed off at Caroline for putting him in such a nasty mood during the card game session. He realized that the woman was slowly opening up his past with these cards. But for one card depicting a man crying while standi
"Just put her there." Zillion put Aleyna who was asleep in his arms onto the bed with a barbie image in front of him. Meanwhile Caroline started to take Aleyna's pink blanket and wrap her little girl up to keep warm. "She looks very cute while sleeping. She’s like you." "Huh, have you ever seen me while sleeping?" “I think so. I once walked dazed in your house when drunk then saw you sleeping in your room." Zillion answered honestly, chuckling with amusement. Caroline widened her eyes in disbelief, then patted Zillion's shoulder in disbelief at the man's disrespectful. "You peeked at me? It sucks! You pervert." The woman then walked away, exiting Aleyna's room so that her noisily voice would not disturb her adorable daughter's deep sleep. "Hey, that's beyond my consciousness. I was completely in a daze at that moment. I thought I really had been taken away by the bitch that distrubed me at the bar." “Huh, liar!
A woman who was sitting in an outdoor- restaurant was seen reading a magazine while waiting for her manager to come to bring her breakfast menu. Accompanied by the hustle and bustle of the bustling New York atmosphere, Cassie began to sip her coffee slowly while glancing at her watch because she felt the manager was taking too long to fetch the tray of breakfast the hotel had prepared for her. "Tsk, where did Martha go, why is she taking so long." Cassie grumbled irritably. She then put the magazine on the table and reached for her pink phone to read messages that might be sent by friends in Chicago. Since the day after tomorrow she will come home, chances are they will all scramble to ask for souvenirs from her or openly send photos of branded items so she brings them as souvenirs from her work trip in New York. “This is your food, the hotel clerk forgot to make a special breakfast menu for you. So I'll have to wait for them to make t
