"I saw what happened to you earlier with Shawn."

I stopped walking when I heard Javier's voice. I found him in the hotel lobby sitting alone on one of the couches. His arms were crossed while his right leg was on top of the other. The serious look in his eyes was haunting my conscience. The front desks just keep working.

"J-Javier . . . What are you talking about?"

He stood up, but his eyes were still focused on me. "Can we talk outside?"

I automatically nodded. He left the hotel first. I followed him with my mouth shut.

He drew a deep breath. "I saw you two kissing."

My eyes widened slightly. He saw it?

"I don't want to interfere with what you and Shawn have. You're too old to follow your decisions, but I just want to make sure you don't regret it later."

I shook my head. "I think I made the worst decision, Javier."

"Why? If Shawn and you are happy with each other, Mom and Dad and I are happy too," he continued. He still doesn't seem to understand wha
