DEAR DIARY,

Okay, this is ridiculous! I'm not a fan of writing in diaries but, what can I do? My therapist said I need to talk to someone and vent and let go of my emotional "baggage" to get better. I don't have any close friends or any friends at all.

The only friend I have is my baby sister and I can't tell her all that's going on in my life. I just can't! I can't let her shoulder my pains when she's dealing with hers. I'm her big sister, I should look after her not the other way around.

So it looks like it's just me and you, Diary. He-he!

Dear Diary,

I'm really worried about Evelyn. I'm sure she's traumatized by the way our father treated us all. Whenever I try to make her talk about it, she shuts me out and says she's fine. I don't want her to fall into the clutches of depression as I did. I know she's keeping everything bottled up. I know 'cause I've been doing the same. I hope she can speak to me and let me help her.
