Chapter Twenty

Nomar was feeling as dejected as he could be. He had never been spoke to like that in his entire period of existence. He should not have been spoken to like that because of the power he had but he chose to let it go because everything had been his fault. He should have put Beatrice first but now it was too late.

Everything had crashed now and there was nothing he could do to salvage it. There was no way he could convince Beatrice to continue with the mission after what she had lost because of it or rather because of him. She did not even want to see him or talk to him again. Now his own mission would fall too and the consequences would be dire.
