AnnaI stood under the warm water of the shower, allowing it to cleanse not only the physical dirt but also the emotional residue from what I had gone through. The water cascaded over my skin, creating a temporary place where I could release my pent-up emotions. AnnaCool shadows wash over my sweaty skin, disguising me as I moved through the corners of the abandoned warehouse courtyard. The night sky was beautiful, stars danced and twinkled.
