Chapter 11

Zachary looked up slightly, briefly dazed, and he chuckled. "Michael, you must be out of your mind.

"I know the Chiton family and my family have been competing with one another, but that's between our dads. You should know that Selena is my fiancee. I hope we can leave the women out of our business fights."

Michael leisurely raised his gaze, a taunting smile tugging at his lips. "The Xenakis family is nothing to me."

"You!" Zachary clenched his fists, then released them. "That's enough. It's Lucy's big day today. I don't want to argue with you."

As Zachary spoke, he cast a gentle look over Selena, but he was instantly overwhelmed by a sense of anxiety.

Selena's gaze was exceptionally calm. When she looked at him, there wasn't a hint of affection in her eyes.
