Chapter 24: Falling man
Kelly slipped quietly out of the house, intending to go visit her father at home. She turned back to see if she was being watched, only moving when she was satisfied she wasn't.
Mama B had already advised her not to think about her father and keep praying for all to be well, but she needed to see him. Maybe, just maybe, he would see her and feel remorseful for sending her out of his house.As she walked briskly to her house, hiding her figure with a black cap, black sweater and a pair of black running pants, she thought back to her unfaithful night with the idiot that got her pregnant.
She couldn't believe everything happening to her, it was like she was the harbinger of doom and she gave brought it to all around her. Her father's new wife, Sharon, didn't miss every opportunity to tell her that she was nothing but evil.

In another hospital somewhere in a small town in Seattle, Kelly sat down, staring into space, totally unaware of her surrounding. She kept repeating the moment she forcefully freed herself from her father and he rolled down the stairs, breaking his head. When Sharon had come in, blood had already been flowing out of his head.
