Though wounded, Duncan continued grumbling, hissing, and thrashing on the bed as both Julieta and Ben kept pushing him to lie down.

“It was clear I was the winner. Why did it end up in a draw?”

He growled, glaring at the two who struggled to hold him in place.

He couldn’t accept the elders’ decision, even after his father fell on his knees during their last clash. He didn’t understand why they’d come to such a decision, since after a few seconds, his father fell face first on the ground.
