Sean POV

"You're late" I said as Katie walked into the room looking as elegant as I remember her to be. She had on another red gown which was longer than the one she had one the other night when she showed up unannounced at my house party.

I shifted my neck tie slightly, suddenly getting uncomfortable in them.

She didn't spare me a glance when she answered "I wasn't expecting an appreciation for showing up at all but you should have something nice to say to me, Honey"

She elaborated on the last work and smiled at me in mockery.

"Where are we going from here?" She asked again, not giving me the chance to think of a better way to come back for her.

"If you had waited a minute, I'll have explain." I moved closer when she was standing, standing so close in a bid to intimidate her but she didn't back down and raised her blue eyes to stare back at me.

I chuckled inwardly, she didn't know what was coming for her.

"You have to be as loving as you can at this moment, Honey" I mimicked her word
