Chapter Thirty-Four

Stolas was entranced as he watched the way that Candy kissed Annie. How the other woman responded to the demanding kiss, how her long lashes had fluttered closed. The way her hand moved from his chest to Candy’s hip, pulling her body even closer to the two of them.

“Candy’s kissing a girl.” A high-pitched voice sang from the open doorway and Stolas turned to look at the child who stood covering her mouth as the two women pulled away from each other.

“Kelly, where is your mom?” Candy asked, looking back at the child. The five year old giggled before running off.

Annie looked down, her face flaming red as her shoulders slumped. She didn’t know what to say. What to do now that she had kissed the two of them,
