Chapter Fifty-One
Looking up at the tree line as the sun painted the sky with oranges and purples. Annie let out a sigh. There were three of them. She wondered why her parents hadn’t told them?
If they didn’t know, did that mean that she and Abby were adopted?
The fluttering kick moved over her stomach and she pressed a hand to her belly. She could understand how hard it would be to have three babies at once. The thought filled her with nervous anxiety. She didn’t know if she could do this.
