~death~

I couldn't fucking believe what I was seeing and hearing—the pretty redhead was the prez's sister.

I watched as she continued to stare at me until I finally took my eyes off of her.

I heard the prez talking to her. "Okay, Vick. I'll see you later. The guys will make sure you're straight." He then turned back to us. "Okay, you bunch of dipshits, I don't want to see any of you messing around with my sister. If I see it, consider your life forfeited."

And at his words, I could only say, "Fuck!" as I stared at her.

With that, the prez left and headed back toward his office. The rest of the guys began to disperse. I quickly got up and was about to head out until I felt a pair of eyes on me.

Glancing behind me, I noticed her watching me as I headed toward the exit. Just as I was about to open the door, I felt a pair of slim hands grab my wrist.

"Um, excuse me, Death, was it?"

I turned around, facing her again. Her eyes were searching, a mix of curiosity and determination. "Yeah, that's me," I replied, trying to keep my voice steady.

She bit her lip for a moment before speaking again. "I... I know this might sound weird, but can you tell me more about the club?

I glanced around, seeing some of the guys watching us with interest. "Look, you'll figure it out," I said curtly. "Just stick close to your brother and stay out of trouble."

She looked taken aback by my dismissive tone but recovered quickly. "I understand, but I thought—"

"Listen," I cut her off, my voice firm. "I've got things to do. You want a tour, ask someone else."

I turned to leave, feeling the weight of her eyes on my back. The rest of the guys were watching, knowing full well what I was capable of and why I kept my distance. I wasn't about to get involved in something that could complicate things, especially not with the prez's sister.

Just as I was about to open the door, I heard her voice again, softer this time. "Thanks anyway, Death."

I nodded without turning around and walked out, leaving her standing there.

I hopped on my old girl, Devil Raiser. She might be an old Triumph, but she could still raise hell. As I listened to her motor purr, I took off, the roar of the engine a temporary escape from my thoughts.

But my mind was a jumbled mess. I couldn't stop thinking about the prez's sister. And I knew it would be my death if he found out I was thinking about her in the first place.

"Fuck, fuck," I cursed out loud. "What the hell am I going to do?"

She was staying around the club, and that meant I'd be seeing her more often. Her presence was already stirring up feelings I didn't want to confront. It wasn't just the danger of getting involved with the prez's sister. It was me. I was too damaged for someone like her.

Even if, by some miracle, we got involved, it wouldn't work. I had too much blood on my hands, too many demons. She was fresh, a breath of something good in a place filled with darkness. I couldn't drag her down with me.

As I sped down the road, the wind whipping past me, I tried to push the thoughts away. But they clung to me like shadows. I needed to focus, to keep my distance. For her sake and mine.

But deep down, I knew it wouldn't be that easy. She was already under my skin, and that scared the hell out of me.

I pulled up to my favorite diner, a little ways from Westbrook but close enough for whenever the club needed me. Devil Raiser's engine quieted as I parked, the familiar neon sign flickering in the evening light. This place had always been my sanctuary, a spot where I could clear my head.

As I walked inside, the familiar smell of greasy food and coffee greeted me. I took a seat in my usual booth, nodding to the waitress who knew my order by heart.

I needed this time to think. Being away from the clubhouse, away from her, gave me a moment to breathe. But even here, my thoughts were a tangled mess.

I knew what I needed to do—keep my distance, stay focused on the job. But the image of her red hair and those piercing eyes kept invading my mind. It was a dangerous distraction, one I couldn't afford. If Nick ever found out, it wouldn't just be my ass on the line; it could jeopardize everything.

As the waitress set a cup of coffee in front of me, I sighed, wrapping my hands around the warm mug. "Get a grip, Death," I muttered to myself. I had to find a way to shut these feelings down. No matter how much she intrigued me, I couldn't let my guard down. Not now, not ever.

~death~The rays of the sun woke me as I stretched out my aching muscles. Vick was still asleep next to me, her naked body a pure sight to see, but we didn't have time.I had to get her back to the clubhouse. I was sure the prez was blowing up my phone, trying to figure out where I was and if his sister was safe. If he knew where we were and what we did, he would have probably broken the door down by now, and I'd likely be lying here with a bullet in my brain.I felt the bed dip and heard Vick's sweet voice behind me as she mumbled out a morning greeting."It's time to get up, Vick. We need to head out," I said as I headed toward the bathroom.I glanced behind me to see Vick eyeing me from top to bottom."We can shower together if you want," I stated with a smirk. Her eyes widened slightly, a blush creeping up her cheeks. ~vick~"Oh god," I breathed out. Death was doing something to my body that Derick could never do.Yes, we had sex a couple of times, but most of the time, Derick only chased his release. He never cared if I was enjoying it or if I came. Sex with him was like a chore. But here and now with Death, my body was on fire. Everywhere he touched ignited a blaze within me.And when I saw his hard cock, I couldn't help myself. Just the sight of it had me watering at the mouth. His rough voice broke me out of my thoughts. "Don't worry, we have a long night ahead of us to do that," he smirked as he lined his length with my entrance.I could feel the heat radiating from him, his eyes locked on mine as he slowly pushed inside me. The sensation was overwhelming, a mix of pain and pleasure that made me gasp. He filled me completely, stretching me in a way that was both intense and deeply satisfying."Fuck, Vick," he groaned, his voice raw with need. He paused for a moment, letting me adjust to his hu

~death~"Fuck me, I knew this was going to be a bad idea. When the Prez finds out, I'm dead. But at this moment, seeing her flawless pale skin and realizing she wasn't wearing a bra...When I noticed she was missing during the chaos of our return, I didn't think much of it. But when I looked around for her and saw she wasn't in her room, I cursed and quickly went out looking for her.Thank fuck I did. I found her a good ways from the clubhouse, walking. I could tell something was wrong the moment I looked into her eyes, so I decided to take a different route and head to a nearby motel. Here I am now, with her splayed out on top of me, asking her if she's sure about this. Her eyes bore into mine, full of determination and desire. 'Yes, I'm sure,' she whispered, her breath hot against my lips.I cursed under my breath, feeling the heat of her body against mine. 'Fuck, Vick. ~vick~I couldn't take it anymore. The chaos around me was suffocating. As I watched the guys attending to each other's wounds, it felt like the walls were closing in. I slipped out the door, the coolness of the night greeting me as I glanced up at the night sky. This was my fault. I brought this on my brother's doorstep. I should have hidden somewhere else. I should have changed my name or something. I started to walk down the street, my mind a whirlwind of guilt and regret. The scene from the clubhouse replayed in my mind—Thief was dead because of me, I thought.I walked a good distance away from the clubhouse, my thoughts consuming me. The quiet night offered no solace, only a reminder of the chaos I had left behind. I was lost in my thoughts when the roar of a motorbike pulled up next to me. I turned to see Death hopping off his bike, his eyes blazing with a mix of anger and concern."What the fuck do you think you're doing?" he growled, his voice low but intense.I opened my mout

  • Wild ridge    Chapter 13

~vick~death~It was the night of the raid, and the clubhouse was buzzing with a tense energy. I watched as my brother, the Prez, gathered all the guys in the main area. Okay, everyone," the Prez shouted, his voice cutting through the noise. "Here's what's going to happen. We're going to this supposed warehouse, and we're going to raise hell until we find Derick. If any of you come in contact with that asshole, capture him. I want him alive, you hear me?""Yes, sir!" everyone shouted in unison. He then turned to the specific members. "Snake, Thief, Hammer, you guys are on lookout. Let's ride!"The roar of approval from the men sent chills down my spine. I watched as they suited up, strapping on weapons and gearing up for the fight. My eyes found Death among the crowd, his face as stoic and unreadable as ever. He caught my gaze for a brief moment and gave a barely perceptible nod before turning away.Him..As we roared down the highway, the night air whipping past us, my mind was laser
