The doctor was not happy when I just sneaked out without his permission. Even more so when he learned the mates, Sandra and Noah, helped and joined me instead of stopping me. He almost passed out once word got out that we jumped out of the window. Doctor Ray is just in his forties but he reacts like a grandpa to all of us, his patients. Truth is, I still have bruises and some scars from the fight, both amidst the leopard and lion. The bond didn't completely healed the surface wounds, just the pain.
