Klara

Klara clutched Jamie’s hand as she walked back into the strip club. It was a week later, and she’d gotten a phone call from Pam that they all had to be at the club at eight p.m. so the new owners could talk to them. She didn’t want to leave Jamie in the car again and the fear on his little face was another reason she couldn’t.

She hadn’t really seen Jake, but the moment he parked his bike or truck, Jamie ran across the lawn, sometimes not even asking her. He still spent time with Jake and when he returned, dirty but fed, he’d tell her how Jake was teaching him to fix things.

She had no idea what she was going to do with him now that it seemed that she’d get this job back. She could either eat or pay someone to watch him. Fuck it, she thought. She’d make do. Every face was familiar, but as she looked around, she realized that Charity wasn’t there. Maybe she’d decided not to come back.

Klara tucked Jamie in behind the bar and stood at the side where he could still see her but wher

JennaShe shifted and felt Jake’s warmth behind her. They hadn’t had much alone time in the past few weeks. It was still early, and she was glad he was getting some rest. Most nights she’d gone to bed alone and woken up alone, so much so that she’d begun to wonder if their relationship would survive him becoming President of the Road Warriors.Jake’s hand slid over her waist and curled around her stomach. She smiled and shifted again, feeling his dick harden against her. Her nipples pebbled at the idea and her core clenched in anticipation. Jake’s hips pressed against her and her smile widened.“You’re playing with fire,” Jake murmured, his arm tightening around her as he pressed his hips against her again. “What are you going to do about it?”The words had barely left her mouth when she was pushed down on her back. Jake hovered over her and slid his hands up her thighs. Her breath quickened when he pulled her underwear down her legs and widened her thighs with his knees. The first s

JakeThe drive to Beaver’s didn’t take that long. He could hear the music from the parking lot as he parked his bike and took off his colors. Hudson had been inside the strip club for an hour and he could only pray that he kept his shit together long enough for them to make their move.He pulled the first door open and walked inside the club. Lights flashed on the stage as two women grinded against each other. His eyes scanned the sitting area near the bar and he found Buzzer immediately. Picking out the rest of his men was easy enough. They weren’t being subtle about it, though they had tried being strategic.“We’re ready to move when you give the signal, Wrath,” Poison spoke in his ear.His gaze went to Hudson, who sat in a booth by himself. One stripper straddled his lap and another one was sitting next to him, touching herself as he watched. Jake grinned as he headed to Buzzer’s table, where five men were seated.“What can I get you, handsome?” “Bottle of water,” Jake said and p

Jake“K-9, wait up a minute,” Jake said, as the men left the room. He waited until it was just the two of them and cleared his throat. “Listen, Hudson told me about the shower—”“Fuck, he promised he wouldn’t say a word! I wanted to tell you myself. I didn’t plan it, Wrath, but I’m not sorry it happened. Even if I could go back, I wouldn’t change a damn thing that happened. You don’t have to like it, but you know me better than most. You know what type of man I am.”Jake frowned. “I don’t care what the fuck you do with Hudson in the shower … fuck, man, I was checking in to make sure you were okay because I know what kind of man he is.”K-9 closed his eyes briefly and sighed. “What the fuck did Hudson tell you?”“He said you put up quite a fight. I don’t care what or who you do in private, K-9, seriously, but Hudson might not be someone you explore the other side with,” Jake said.K-9 barked out a laugh. “Fucking asshole. He stormed into my room. The bathroom door was open and he caugh

Jake“You’re sure about this?” Jake looked down at the printed document again, wiping a hand over his face.Hudson grinned and leaned his elbows on his knees. “Hamil’s been doing this for a long time. If he says that info’s legit, you can bet your left nut it’s legit. I’d bet your left nut.”Jake grinned. “Why not yours?”“I like my balls where they are,” he said.“You know, Hudson, that doesn’t make me feel any better.”Hudson chuckled. “My point is, you can trust the motherfucker. Now you know who shot up your clubhouse. You’ve got the fucking text messages to prove it. Dominic said he doesn’t expect a favor in return, not even a thank you. Asshole said keeping me here was payment enough.”Jake barked out a laugh. “You want to go to a strip club tonight, Hudson?”Hudson adjusted himself in his pants and grinned. “Fuck yeah. I’ve never gone this long without sex before, and I’m not counting what I did with K-9 in the shower, but I can tell you … he put up a good fight.”The smile fel

JakeNine days later, Jake drove to the crematorium to pick up Bandit, Nitro, Little T, Coin, and Michelle’s ashes. He’d spoken to Bandit’s sister; the others had no family, and kept their urns locked in the safe in his house. It took three weeks for the warehouse to be converted, furniture to be moved in, and for the Warriors to settle into their new clubhouse. Hudson had played a big role in updating their security measures, something Jake hadn’t thought he’d be good at, but his advice had been spot on.They kept a low profile for another two weeks, just long enough for the construction crew to start building the bar in front of the warehouse. The clubhouse had reinforced doors, cameras, sensors, beams, and keypads on every door.Ally chapters started arriving early that Friday morning. Bandit had known many people, other MC’s the Warriors were friendly with, and even some of the local residents. They didn’t have the bad reputation that the Dead Dogs or Reapers had.Jake wore his n

JakeEach of the guys had lived at the clubhouse, and now they had nowhere to go. It wasn’t just the men he had to worry about. They had five women with them. It would take time to contact their families and get them back home.“It might be best to stay at the motel for now. They won’t release the clubhouse for maybe another two weeks,” K-9 said.“Maybe this is a good time to relocate,” Jake said. He glanced at the men and got to his feet. “Bandit got us out of the drug and gun trade. The other businesses are all legit. There’s no need to live so far from the borders of Reading.”“If we move locations, we can set up better security. We can choose a location that works for us on all fronts,” Dagger said.“Two miles west is an abandoned warehouse on a six acre lot. We can renovate that warehouse into our new clubhouse and build a bar right in front of it. We lift the walls at the end of the lot and put beams and cameras on them. We’ll install the software to everyone’s phones, so that i
