Chapter 22 Made me feel hot

Rosalyn's pov.

I got discharged from the hospital the next day. Lorcan didn't come to see me after he left angrily yesterday.

I don't want to admit it but I was upset when he didn't return to my side. It made me unbearably upset just thinking about how he left. But it was his fault and ego so I won't give in.

I couldn't sleep the whole night, my mind kept on wandering around the thought of where he would have spent the night. I couldn't help but overthink the worst scenario.

What if he went to look for someone to sleep with after I rejected him?

The thought made my stomach churn in apprehension. I scoffed as my mood was ruined even more. I shouldn't have let him leave with blue balls. Him touching someone else with the same hands he touched me makes my blood boil.

But it's not like I can do anything. If he wanted to go fuck around, he's free to do so. He clearly told me yesterday to not be deluded and get my hopes up, so I will try my best to stick to his words.
