Chapter 41

The next day, I dressed up and went to practice. When I got there, I changed into another dress and joined the others. After some time into the practice, Mr. Roy stopped us.

“You are not getting the steps right,” he complained referring to me.

Was the trainer simply trying to spite me or something? I have never had complaints about my dance steps before but this time?

“I’m sorry!” I apologized.

The practice began once again and the same thing happened. Mr. Roy got pissed off and dismissed us for the day.

The following day, I went to practice but was a little bit late. Mr. Roy scolded me for being late and I apologized.

“It seems like Mr. Roy doesn’t like you, he doesn’t use to blame like this,” said one of the trainees to me.

“I did nothing wrong to him, right? Why would he not like me? Anyways, he has to get used to me around ‘cause I’m not going anywhere,” I assured in self-assurance.
