In Senegal many men want to marry women who have abstained until marriage and yet they are the ones who deviate women before marriage. So girls must be very careful because rare men who agree to marry a girl

not a virgin, even if they agree, they won't hesitate to judge you all the time.

Virginity, a very sensitive subject, In Africa, more particularly in Senegal, the virginity of a young girl is linked to the honor of her family: "When the young girl carries virginity within her, it is the virility of children

males and the virginity of other women, members of her family, that she carries"...that's what we tend to say in Senegal.

So some women are forced to abstain until marriage so as not to sow dishonor within their family or even more so to be respected by her husband because we say it or not keeping your virginity until marriage can be

apprehended as a sign of good education.

However, we really have to be careful and even the problem of virginity must remain between the two s
