Face off

I lean by the window close to my desk as the teacher taught in music class. A student was performing, playing the keyboard, a form of showing us some skills and what the teacher was saying.

My thoughts weren't in class, my mind was not there either, I was staring out at the birds that were soaring high in the sky while I thought back at Robin’s word.

The music ended and the loud applause drew my attention back to the class. I joined the applaud although I haven't focus in the class.

The teacher said a few words before we were dismissed. I gently closed my book and put them into my bag, when I looked up my lips parted to see who was there and my brows furrowed.
