Maya's POV Griiiiiiiin Griiiiiiiin The phone rings, making me jolt out of my thoughts. Maestro, putting on a white polo, went over to pick it up, the phone between his ear and shoulders, struggling to put on a watch. Three days since he touched me that way, and since then, it was all I could think of to the extent I was ashamed of it. Why did he do that? I can still remember the feel of his hair against my hands, the mischief in his eyes as he looked up at me, and the way his tongue rounded on my nipples. My thoughts were getting out of hand. If Dora were here, she would be so ashamed of me. I haven't seen Sir Derinem ever since I confessed to him. I wondered if he had left me to myself Or didn't believe me enough to find Dora. Whichever way the case, it took all my strength to keep my faith in him strong. Not wanting to feel hopeless, I stood up and began to prepare for bed, stripping bare. She watched him from where she sat at the edge of the bed; he was writing at the far end of the room; it was night, but he wasn't attempting to get into bed, and she was already drowsy. At least she wasn't the only one apprehensive about the next move. He wiped his eyes with his thumb. She yawned. She couldn't wait for him any longer. He looked at her as she began to strip. "No," he shook his head, "don't go to bed now; stay with me." She sighed and sat back on the bed, trying her best not to shut her eyes. "Don't sleep, Maya! Wait a little more time," he said again, snapping her out of a drool, almost enveloping her. She shook her head, determined to obey him, watching him scribble on paper, still in the white shirt he had returned from work. She yawned To her relief, he rounded up whatever he was doing, arranged the papers, and stood up.
