She Is Back

Loriann's POV

Meg has been so withdrawn these past few days.

For the first time since we became friends, there is silence when we are together. When we attend lectures, she sits in a corner and stares ahead. She no longer approaches me when I drive up. I miss her bubbly vibrancy, her smooth babble and her wide smile. Something is definitely going on.

When Romero and Jace ask us out, she brushes it off with the excuse that she is too busy with personal matters. That disappoints me, this was my only chance to get close to Romero, to alert him to my presence in the pack. But from the looks of it, I'll have to think of something else, Meg is now more introverted than I am.
