Chapter 7

The omega leaves you at the entrance of the sunroom and you notice king Makens and his family having breakfast. Around their table, you notice an open seat. You take a deep breath and proceed toward the royal table. ‘I thought the royal brothers all had red hair,’ you think to yourself, trying to justify not knowing what king Makens looked like. If you were not already fated, you would have found him extremely attractive, looking your age. His blond hair and piercing blue eyes are not enough to separate his looks from his brothers. They all had ginger hair and blue eyes except king Makens. You heard the stories that he take after his father and the rest of them after their mother that had red hair.

“Good morning,” you greeted and took the vacant chair at the table.

“Thank you for joining us,” King Makens said after everyone greeted her.

The omega that left you at the door arrives at the table with a setting, followed by a tail of servers, holding dishes of food for you to select.
