"Why marry? For children, not for love?"

William sighed. "I feel as if I betray Esmeralda, if I love another woman," said William, breaking Aluna's heart even deeper.

Now her body seemed to float, her footing felt weak for a moment, making the woman almost lose her balance.

"As simple as that, you don't seem to understand, that such an expression really hurts the heart."

"Sorry," William whispered. "But this is about honesty. Come on Aluna, stop being childish. After all, we are parents."

She took deep breaths several times.

"Marry me," William asked again.

"Let me think again," said Aluna.

"No, I don't have much time in this country, I have to go back to the Monarchy city. If you can't give an answer, I will take the two children right now," said William.

"You...." Aluna pointed at William's face in a hoarse voice.

"Don't force me! You have no right to take them!" snapped Aluna Welas once again.

"They're my children! Without me, you wouldn't even have had those two kids."
