Chapter 6

My gaze on him squinted hard, "What could you possibly want me to do for you?" I sounded quizzical.

"I'm going to need your yes or no now, Little bird," he said back to me. Not an insight to whatever three things he wanted from me, and rather an influence to the mystery it already was.

Well... just three things. He wouldn't hurt me, or murder me, so there's no need to be wary of the things he needed from me.

I get those things done for him, and he's going to lay me bare, like I've always dreamt about on a soft mattress preferably to fulfill my wildest fantasies. He's going to take me hard and raw, no mercy.

"My answer is yes. I agree, I'll do it." I finally mouthed in break with the silence.

I watched a smirk grew into his face. Was he amused or amazed? That wasn't telling. The man's smug expression is always hard to read.

"Great, then we leave for the city tonight. Your first task is with me, I'll share the details with you whenever we're on the move. For now, you can go pack up." He stood up and faded out of sight seconds after his utterance.

'Leave for the city? To go do what?' I just stared at the absolute silence that filled the room following his absence. No answer to the question popped in my head.

I guess I'd have to be patient enough to find out.

My phone began ringing, an abrupt charge at my solitude. I pull the phone to check who the caller was and it was an unknown caller.

I stared at the call for few seconds, hesitant to pick before I finally slid on the answer button. I took the call silent, waiting on the caller to be the first person to speak.

"Gina?" A familiar voice bloomed, soft and feminine, like I've always known the voice to be.

"Mom?" I had to confirm because this cannot be possible.

"Yes Gina. It's your mother," her voice came through with an affirmation.

Huh? Impossible! It's been ages. Years! So many years that I've stopped counting.

"Are you dying?" I had to ask, because why now of all time did she choose to call. Something must be wrong with her wherever she is.

She doesn't miss me, she doesn't want to see me, I'm sure of that.

"I've missed you my pretty darling. I'm not dying, and I just thought it was time for us to-"

"Hold that thought. There's no us, you left without turning back. You erased me from your mind, memory and life probably so don't you dare lie to me on this phone that you missed me because you wouldn't have been gone so long if you did! And even if you were indeed gone, the same way you were able to reach out to me you could've used the same way a long while back to check up on me. I'm not doing this with you, I've accepted that my mother is dead and so be it!"

I proceeded to end the call as well as quickly blocked the number she used to call me so it wouldn't go through if she decides to call me again.

She's dead to me. What does she even expect?

That I'd hear her voice and be all over her? Or forget the trauma she had me going through at a young age. I'll die before I forgive and forget everything she's done.

Gosh she just made me lose my appetite. Now I'm all riled up and disgusted. I shouldn't have picked that call.

My phone started to ring again, I checked the caller to see if it was an unknown number so I'd know better to ignore it this time around. However, it was my best friend in college.

I took the call and instantly placed it on speaker. "Hey Riri, how's summer back at home?" My voice was all lively and the opposite of the negative emotions I basically had myself processing this morning.

"I've missed you so much and it's so boring out here. When was the last time you heard from Jake? Are you guys still not talking?"

That was my boyfriend she's asking about. We had a little fight before I came home for summer break.

He had suggested he came home with me, to meet with my dad and introduce himself as my boyfriend. But I opposed the suggestion and that led to the small fight.

"You're bored and it's Jake you wanna talk about?" I scoffed at her, she's not serious.

"Yeah well it's because I may or may not have accidentally blurted out your home address to him," her tone softened to a guilty voice.

"What did you do, Riri?" When her voice goes this low, it's usually worse than whatever she's telling me.

"It's not my fault. He didn't tell me you guys had a fight at first, he was like he wanted to surprise you, be a good boyfriend and take things next level with you. I didn't mean to tell him the address at all, it was just in the midst of-"

"Riri!" I had to cut into her blabber.

"Yes?....."

"What. Did. You. Do?"

"Told Jake your address and now I think he's on his way to surprise you. And before you blame me, I didn't know you guys were fighting until after he made me tell him the address. Also why doesn't he even know your address? He's been your boyfriend for two years already. Do you honestly still think your relationship with him isn't worth it?"

"Fuckkk...!" I cussed out inaudibly. "Riri I'll talk to you later, and don't think I'm gonna forgive this thing you did easily. Don't even think about it!" I told her before I hung up.

I can't have Jake come over here?! Not when it's me alone with Leon- when we've already planned to leave for the city tonight.

Leon doesn't need to meet my boyfriend, just like Jake doesn't need to meet the man I picture whenever I'm in bed with him.

Ding dong. The sound of the doorbell ringing drummed at my heart.

Fuck is he here? Cause who could be pressing that doorbell.

Author's Note: I'm well aware of the switch in ML's name. I've decided to use a different name for him. Frank sounds a bit too old and well dry-toned. So our ML is gonna be referred to as Leon now.

CHAPTER 28>>Mom sent me pictures, I met up with her and she gave me more proof. What does that make her if Leon is the one telling me the truth here? A deranged psychopathic liar.I had to free myself from Leon’s grip, took multiple steps back and away from him to process everything he just said.I’ve known Leon for as long as I can remember, and my mother- I could say I know her, until I don’t or she became someone new. I never would’ve thought that she’d one day up and leave me and my father for a chance at a better life. That was her reason back then, the reason my father told me she told her. To think she never said goodbye to me even. Now I’m hearing that she said it was because my father wasn’t treating her right, and not to be on my father’s side but he has always done right on her side. I saw and watched the way they both treat each other; dad has never treated my mom in a way that seemed out of pocket or unacceptable.“Do you believe me?” Leon broke into the stunned sil

  • Yours To Ruin, Daddy (18+)   Chapter 27

CHAPTER 27>>My eyes peeled awake, overwhelmed by a strong ache in my head. I felt a presence, and when my eyes tracked the feeling. I was met with the calm sight of my delirium in his perfectly reserved beauty. Leon motherfucking Dame.He stared at me longingly, like the view of me tucked in bed was simply too pleasant for him to ignore. He probably liked the silence; with the way he let his eyes lingered over me rather than to address what he was told happened with me.If he wouldn’t talk, I will. I’ve rested, and now in mental capacity to confront him and his lies. He should’ve noticed my negative feelings with the way my gaze was judging him, unless he was too busy eye-fucking me to observe.“I actually went to see my mother today, and got kidnapped by a serial killer on my way back from her place.” I looked down at the spread covering my body to avoid an eye-contact with him for the next part of my statement.“Here’s what I learned about you. I got to know that you were a li

  • Yours To Ruin, Daddy (18+)   Chapter 26

CHAPTER 26>>My consciousness wavered, and I felt my system slowly coming alive. Everything still felt like a blur, like a rush at the moment that left me blacked out rather than lucid to my environment. However, upon fully opening my eyes. I was a bit startled to find myself comfortably settled down in a car seat with a seatbelt perfectly running over me. The car was moving, and that prompted me to glance to my side for a view of who’s handling the wheel. The face of a stranger stayed focused on the road. Who is he? Wasn’t I kidnapped? What happened?“Who are you?” I managed my frail voice to compose. I needed answers and I won’t be getting them with my lips shut. The last thing I remembered was that asshole I thought was a gentleman forcing a dose of chemicals into my nose.“Where are you taking me?” Fear gripped me, does he work for him? Or- I looked down at my body to see my clothes unaltered. It doesn’t look like I’ve been forcefully explored. Which begs the question about

CHAPTER 25>>I couldn’t believe this. Not what I’ve heard, or what just played into my ears. No! I just couldn’t believe both.Leon is not a monster. I don’t want to believe he drove an innocent man across the globe because of his fear of what might happened to him if he pursued his affection for my mother. For the sake of my sanity, I’m going to stay in denial.“I know this is hard for you to take in or even deal with right now. But you need to know that I was just looking out for you, I couldn’t let that man ruin your life with his toxicity like he ruined mine.”Oh, the irony! I chuckled inwardly with my eyes closed. Close to tears actually. What do you mean the man I wanted to ruin me is actually capable- no, he’s ruining me already. How the fuck am I expected to deal with this?“You need to stay away from him. You need to get away as fast as you can, and don’t look back. You should tell your father about everything. Hopefully, he forgives me but at least he’d listen to you. H

  • Yours To Ruin, Daddy (18+)   Chapter 24

CHAPTER 24>>I took in a very long deep breath before I summoned the will to knock on the door. I knocked twice more, repeatedly enough to get the attention of whoever was present to attend to me.Nobody came; silence creaked back at me. I banged on the door once more, “Hello, is anybody in there?” I spoke into the door, officially worried. Isn’t she at home or this is the wrong house?Did I come to the right address? I stepped back and away from the porch to survey the house. Not like I’ve seen it before or recognize what exactly I’m looking for, but the house doesn’t look abandoned. Someone definitely lives here, maybe the occupant isn’t just at home at the moment.I should in with my host. She sent me this address to visit, so it’s only right to ask where the fuck she is.I dialled a call straight to the number she’s been using to contact since recently and waited for her to pick up. The call rang through and through, nobody picked.“What the fuck?” I pulled down my phone anno

CHAPTER 23>>Could these pictures be fake? I’ve been staring at them for the past few hours, couldn’t even get the sleep I so desperately needed. It’s been these pictures since I got them.I wanted to phone Leon, confront him about it but decided against it because he wasn’t running away and would be back soon like he said. I just need to wait more couple of hours, few more.Or- what if I call my mom back? She already had me distressed, so what bad would it be if I give to her the chance, she wanted badly to hear what she has to say or explain. Just need her to shed more clarification on this and save me from losing my sanity.Cause… Leon betraying my dad wouldn’t in anyway save my sanity- rather, it’d completely destroy it.Let me call my mom. I unblocked her main contact and went straight to dialling.“Hello? Gina?” She picked on the first ring, as if she’s been waiting on my call. “Gina, talk to me please if this is you, please! You’re in danger, please listen to me.”“I just
