Chapter 10
I sit next to Chocolate on the couch. It's a Saturday morning and like every Saturday, moving is optional. My phone starts beeping and I take it out of my pocket to see two text messages from Morgan.

I stand from the couch and groan like an elderly person before yelling for my aunt to tell her I'm going out. "Klara I'm going out." She walks into the lounge with the dishtowel in her hand.
"Where to?" she questions and I walk over to the coat rack to grab my coat.
"Harbour."
"With who?" she questions.
"With Morgan," I say and she nods before going back into the kitchen.
"Don't be out late," she calls from the kitchen.
"See you later bud," I tell chocolate after petting him.

A classical song that plays from the car's radio fills the comfortable silence that has fallen between Ri and I as he drives me home.
