Alpha Jordan lay Cora in his bed and immediately Beta Austin and the wolf doctor rushed in, the wolf doctor immediately attended to her, and blood gushed out of every part of her body.

She is covered with so much blood that even the wolf doctor was surprised at what might have happened to her and she was covered with so much blood. Slowly he attended to all her injuries and then cleaned every part of her body, he saw different marks on her body and also noticed that she was sick and she had never taken any treatment.

Alpha Jordan paced around, scared of what might have happened and why he went far away. He should have watched over her and stopped them. He blamed himself for whatever happened to her. Austin tapped on him continuously with the assurance that she would be fine.

The wolf doctor walked out of the Alpha Chambers as both Austin and Alpha Jordan rushed to him, bombarding him with questions

"How is she? what happen to her, "Both asked simultaneously without giving the wolf doctor a breathing space, he watches them both in disbelieve and then sigh deeply

"one question at a time please "He demanded, in a way to calm them down

"how is she?"Alpha Jordan asked, looking at the wolf doctor who seems surprised at him

"she is fine, it turns out she has been sick, and also she was made to do so much work, thank she was attended to on time, who knows what might have happened to her "He sighed

"Thank you doctor "Alpha Jordan greeted, rushing in, to see his mate.

"She is very weak and she needs food when she wakes "The wolf doctors shouted from behind and then slowly turned to walk away, wondering why the Alpha is suddenly concerned about a female.

Alpha Jordan takes a seat close to her and then takes her hands in his, he massages her hands severally while looking at her beautiful face. She is very beautiful and it matches well with the fact that she is stubborn and not ready to listen to anybody.

He wonders why she chooses to be beaten instead of admitting to the fact that she stole, though he knew she never did.

He felt proud at the fact that she stands by her words and also for Not letting her pride down, he admires her more and he also admires her courage.

None of the Female wolves have the guts to stand in front of him blindly and talk to him in the manner she did, but she did by breaking the genius book of record.

She was the first person who had questioned his order even when she was punished severely she still stand on your words .he admire her boldness

"she will be fine, she is indeed a brave girl ''Austin complimented.

"Yes she is, "An alpha Jordan Added, Austin looked at his friends who just complimented the female gender for the first time after a very long time. It is indeed a miracle to remember and he will live to tell this miracle.

The packed house is turned between a rift and a big surprise as the news of Alpha Jordan rushing the abandoned slave, who fainted to his chambers for treatment reigns through the pack.

Lydia watches as everyone talks about it and she was hurt, this is what she was afraid of. She was scared of the Alpha and Cora meeting . She knows Very well what may happen if Alpha Jordan gets close to Cora, and it seems her fears are gradually coming to pass.

Maybe the fortune teller's word is coming to pass and she could not do anything about it rather than watch as Cora rules over her.

She hurried out of the kitchen, running to her father's chambers, reaching there she saw her father in an angry mood.

She slowly stop at her track and then her father walked up to her and landed her a heavy slap step stepped in tears

"If only you never ordered everyone to beat her up, then she would not have melted with him"Elder George fired at her and he gave her another slap, She must not become the luna.

"I am so sorry father "Lydia apologized with tears in her eyes, once again she is going to let her father down and it was all because of Cora, Ever since the prophecy was made Cora has always made her life Miserable.

With rage and anger in him, he orders his daughter out of his site, and then slowly he sat down humming in anger.

Cora slowly opened her eyes, she felt a deep pain In her head and her two hands hurt so badly, she managed to sit upright with her hands on her head, she winced in pain and turned to see two people sleeping at the edge of the bed. She looked through the room wondering where she was and how she got here, the last thing she remembered was getting wept by one of the wolf warriors and then darkness took over her. She examines herself relieved that she was alive; she slowly looks at the face of the two people and finds out that it was the same man who had ordered the wolf warrior to flog to the point of death.

She sensed the smell of strawberry once again and she couldn't resist this time around, the feeling of desire flooded her mind up, just like it did the first time she saw the Alpha. Is he truly her mate? she thought
