Chapter 10

'When we walked in the crowd with fingers entwining together, I knew I was not me any more.' **** Third person's point of view... Hard... It was hard for Ava to walk by the bully brute's side, holding his hand. She felt awkward as they walked around in school with Ethan. "I am still very much angry on you for avoiding me like always but since it is my dear girlfriend's, that is you, birthday today... I am letting you without any punishment." Ava watched him smile at her as they came walking towards the threshold of the school. It was the time of the first lecture. The bell of the first lecture was about to ring. The students who have just hit their steps inside the gate of the school were rushing inside since any time the first bell will ring and the teacher will be in the class. But from what everyone can see, their eyes popped out an

Chapter 11

'He was insecure of my male friends, I knew it. But he was also jealous of them, is something I never thought about!' ****"What?" Ethan asked her. His eye brows narrowed in confusion. He amusingly watched her face as Ava flinched back with her arms locked behind her spine as she took steps in the opposite direction. "No, I am not taking your ring!" he can't do anything else than rolling his eyes as Ava said that with vigorous shaking of her head. She was determined. Ava was startled and the little box in his hand only made her gasp in fear. This guy was literally controlling everything even when she knew it was wrong! Her heart pounded like an object shaking under a quake. The intensity of the shake was hard. Ava can feel her feet sweating and palms turning clammy. She moved back backwards bit by bit thinking that he was not noticing it s

Chapter 12

12 Ava Jones... Where are these two guys? The lecture was in full swing and the class was silent. It was English lecture and Professor Margaret, our thirty five years old slim and trim teacher was busy writing the main concept on the white board in her nice cursive handwriting while Johnny, the topper of our class read the fourth chapter of the second module. Mrs. Margaret was married to our P.E teacher. She has three children, all in our school studying in the fourth grade. All of the three were her lovely triplets who often had all of us (students) adore and play with them during their recess time. She was blessed with two identical twin boys and a girl. Mrs. Margaret preferred to finish her syllabus a month before the exams. She believed that in the remaining one month, we could do some revision and cover up all the concepts that were missed by students like Ethan.

Chapter 13

13 'When she announced she trusts him, he forgot how to breathe!' ***Ava Jones... "Come on let's go to the canteen." The lecture was over. Dylan smiled at me with a blink of his eyes. Mrs. Margaret just left the class not before announcing that Ethan has to wait back for detention. I have long forgotten what had happened in the morning and was about to get up from the bench when, "Stay back, Ava. I need to talk to you." Dylan and I looked back at Ethan. Oh, along with forgetting the morning's incident I also forgot that he was sitting behind us. Surprisingly he was as quiet as a nerd shy kid who was scared of the crowd. Ethan did not disturb us throughout the lecture until now. "Come on Ava... Let's leave. I also want to give you your gift." My lips sealed together. I was once again in the same situation

Chapter 14

14 'He never let his desires out, but when he did, I couldn't breath as they were beyond my imagination!' **** Ava Jones... What was he thinking? He was all shocked a minute ago and now he was smirking devilishly! I gulped my fear passing him a narrow eyed look waiting for a reply from his side. "I am asking you something, Ethan... Just tell me why did you ask me to wait?" I grumbled. Firstly, he forced me to wait back in the class and now that I was ultimately here, he was smirking as if he was ravishing me in his imagination! Freak... What is wrong with me? 'Focus, Ava. Don't let his vibes hit you. You are not him, are you? Better keep your eyes focused on him.' I told myself, my eyes never leaving the sight of his face.

Chapter 15

'He was a bad boy with a rusted mind that was filled with raw passion and desires. And that— scared her.' ***Ethan grabbed her arms quite roughly that it was covered in little angry red print. He knew she didn’t love him back, but he could not resist. He leaned in a little closer, their foreheads touching each other while he pulled her by the waist kissing her roughly. Dear god, he could not fight against the thoughts that were going through him. Her very smell was flooding his senses now. All Ethan thought was about her and only her. The roughness was not the outcome of his annoyance for what happened in the morning but it was the outcome of his resistance. Ava was that girl who played with his heart and let him yearn for her for months. She was a shy girl who was protected by her brother. And that she was a minor until a day ago, he could not do anything except waiting. Ethan Connor had

Chapter 16

'When a new guy was mentioned, her throat dried on dread for she knew, her crazy stubborn lover would be offended' ***Ava... I ran aimlessly outside the classroom. My heart felt heavy at the thought of being kissed and touched intimately that too on my freaking birthday. However, I can't complain much about it as the problem was called by me myself. I cannot forget that night when Ethan Connor had sneaked inside my bedroom in the late night and asked me for a kiss. He was not ready to leave before I gave him what he wanted. But any ways, in order to shove him away I ended promise him to let him kiss me after turning eighteen. I thought he would not remember it as after that day he reduced bothering me for kisses and other things. But what I experienced few minutes ago make me realize how stupid I was! My moist eyes made it difficult for me to look what was coming my

Chapter 17

'He didn't know how ask for an apology except for sending her favourite flowers.' ****Ava Jones... The mention of Xavier's name made me stiff. I never thought of listening his name on my birthday. That guy, well, there is nothing good about him that I can share. Xavier Panther, the good looking Casanova of our locality was one of those guys who had every second girl in their beds. I was asked by Noah to stay away from him. Staying away was what I always did until we bumped into each other during the baseball match of our school. My school was playing with Xavier's. That was the first time I met him and since then we never met unless a month ago when I received a love letter from him! Yeah, a love letter. The Casanova guy actually felt nervous. He mentioned that he could not face me to express his feelings and so, he found the option of love letter bet

Chapter 18

'He was handsome but his way of impressing her was unique' ****Ava... The fragrance from the flowers hit my nostrils and brought my soul alive. It felt like the tension that has filled my lungs was now obscured from my body. Hannah and Emily teasingly stared me ad thought I hid a secret, "What? I swear I have no idea which guy sent me these." I honestly said coz I really did not know who it was. "Liar liar pants on fire!" they sang together as they grooved their hands in the mid air. I sucked a deep breath inside my lungs and looked for a card or something that could prove who sent these flowers to me. "I can bet he has to be hotter than my Xavy otherwise you would not have dared to turn a hot piece like him down." I laughed at Hannah's statement. She had given Xavier a nickname, Xavy. But I wish I had known who this guy was

Chapter 19

'Looking at his efforts of wooing her, she only smiled and realized, she was the happiest girl to have him' **** Ava... "Bye Ava..." "Happy birthday, once again." "Night, babe! Happy birthday" My birthday party finally came to an end. I bid all my friends bye and one by one all of them were gone. "Jeez... That was tiring!" After closing the door shut and latching the lock in its place I took a seat next to my brother Noah. It was definitely the best birthday party I had. The best. "I agree... I just want to melt to the ground and sleep." Dylan smiled looking at me with hi
