Ella's POV After our kiss, Aviv pulled me on his warm embrace and whispered near my ear, "you were walked on the aisle by your own brother, Mayalu..." My eyes widened hearing Aviv. I pulled away and glanced at him in shock. "What.. what do you mean?" I questioned in astounding tone. "You had asked me to find out about your relatives remember?" "Uhuh..." I said widening my eyes. "Erik is the son of your uncle Ben," he replied. "What? How is that possible? Garry is Ben's son isn't it?" I questioned. "Yeah, he is Ben's and Seema's son. But Erik is Ben and Marget's son."  "Marget?" I was still not able to get him. "Yes, the daughter of Grey Group of the company which had once ruled the business world. She was the one who was married to Ben," he explained. 

Ella’s POVEarly morning I and Aviv walked through the busy corridor of the hospital. I had a sleepless night thinking about Erik. I wanted to see him but Aviv didn’t let me return to the hospital, so had to rush back early morning.He pushed the door to step inside, but Aviv and I, both were stunned catching the glimpse of Amulya sleeping next to Erik. Erik had wrapped his hand around Amulya’s shoulder and her head was placed on his chest.I don’t know about Aviv but I found them cute and perfect with each other. But as I glanced at Aviv, his expression was not good. He was cold and serious. And most importantly he looked disappointed.As he was about to make the move and step towards them, I hastily grabbed his wrist. He glanced at me in annoyance and was about to say something but I hurriedly dragged him out of the room.

Ella’s POV“I can’t wait to see her,” I said walking towards the car.“Your wait will be over after five hours of drive, Mayalu,” replied Aviv, opening the door for me.“Where is Erik?” I questioned slipping inside the car.“There he is,” replied Aviv. I glanced out of the window and saw him marching towards the car.As he sat on the driver seat he glanced at me and said, “I am so nervous.”“Nervous? But why?” I questioned.“I am going to meet her for the first time. I don’t even know if she will recognize me,” he said buckling his seatbelt.“Well don’t expect much buddy. We have still not met her,” said Aviv sitting beside me.“Yeah, you are right. But still, I can’t help being nervous,” he replied and started the car.“I wish Amu was here,” I said, fee

AFTER ONE YEARElla’s POVWith one hand swinging and the other hand placed on my hip, I walked through the hallway. As I reached the ICU door, I stood by the door and caught my breath. Clearing my throat I then stepped inside the ICU walking carefully with my swollen belly.

Ella's POVReminiscences continued:The next morning when I woke up Aviv was not around. The beams of sunlight were trying its best to get inside the room through the unpulled curtains that were supposed to be pulled at the side.
