Lahat ng Kabanata ng Give Me A Second Chance: Kabanata 21 - Kabanata 30

  ~~~Past Wind~~~   "Hi, Rachel!" Kayish waved at his sister. He was chatting with her through Skype on his Laptop.   He used to call his sister every day and this is the first time I'm joining him because he asked me to do.   "You must be Riya, right?" Rachel asked turning her gaze towards me. I gulped down and nodded my head slowly.   "Owwww! So cute!! I really like her, she is so shy." Rachel commented and hearing her statement my cheeks turned into a shade of beetroot red.   Kayish laughed richly and pulled me closer to him. We are in his bed lying on our stomach - facing the laptop which is placed on the bed in front of us.   "You don't know her! Once you get to know about her, you will swallow your words." He teased.   "Kayish!" I buried my face on his broad shoulder out of embarrassment. "You are not helping," I whined
  When I reached my classroom, I saw all my classmates were standing in front of my class. What's going on there? I murmured to myself and walked further.   There standing my handsome boyfriend with his glory. "Kayish! What are you doing here? What did you do this time?" I asked surprisingly.   "Shhh!!" He placed a finger on my lips. "Let me explain." He said in a hushed tone.   Grabbing a small red velvet box from his pocket, he kneeled in front of me making my eyes go wide. I heard a lot of whispers from the students but my focus was mainly on him.   Before I realize what is he doing, he opened the box and took the ring in his hand.   I closed my mouth with my hands, the ring is beautiful. It looks simple yet elegant. A small white coloured diamond was shinning from the top adding more beauty to the ring.   "Riya! I know this is too early, but
  The pain in my chest is unbearable. He insulted me in front of everyone. What have I ever done to get treat like this? I sobbed hardly trying to control my whimper.   A soft knock on my door snapped me out of the state that I was into. I quickly wiped my tears and leaned on the chair pretending like I was doing work.   "Come in."   Juliet poked her head then entered my office. She set the juice on my table before she took a seat in front of me.   "How many times do I want to remember you that you are not my personal assistant?" I asked her folding my arms against my chest to show her I am perfectly alright as always.   There is no doubt; she would be heard of the news.   "Riya!, There is no need to hide your emotions from me. I think we are good friends, you can tell me." She said emphasizing the word emotions.   "Tell you
  ~~~Past Wind~~~   "I have prepared the soup for you; drink it before going to sleep." I said kissing his forehead and set the bowl on the small table beside his bed.   He is running out of fever. I don't want to leave him alone knowing he is in this state but I have no option. I want to leave, not that my parents would be worried about me it just I don't want to make things worst.   I pulled the bedsheet over his body and pecked his lips one last time before turning my heels to head out of his room.   "Riya." He grabbed my arms and pulled me towards him. "Stay with me, please." He pleaded with his eyes. I badly want to stay with him and take good care of him, but what can I do. It's already getting too late in the night.   "Kayish! As long as I am happy to stay here, cuddling and clasping you all over the night, I ha

  The little bunny narrowed her eyes at me placing both her hand on either side of her waist like I snatched her favourite chocolate from her. Karan always gave me this look whenever I snatch his chocolate just to irritate him. I ignored her stares and turned my attention towards Juliet who seemed slightly uncomfortable.   "Miss. Hamen haven't I told you clearly just pass the information to her family? Then why did you bring her?" I pointed my forefinger towards the little bunny who was giving me a murderous glare like her mother but the only difference is green orbs replaced by blue.   "Sorry, Boss. Sweety was so adamant about coming here, that's why I brought her. I apologize to you." She said fidgeting her finger nervously while her gaze was solely on the floor.   "Look at me when you speak, you dammit!!" I snapped at her. I won't appreciate these kinds of attitudes and I wonder why dad hired her as my PA
