Before turning the key, he made sure he hadn't forgotten anything. In his mind, he saw Riley walking down the deserted road crying as he followed behind her. He saw that she turned her head towards him and then ran away hurriedly.   The moment he catches up to her she was helping a man who seemed heavily beaten down. He was reluctant to help the man and even tried to persuade Riley but she ignored him and kept trying to help him. She ordered him to either leave her alone or call the ambulance. Because of the network issue, he had to go around the corner to make the call, but when he returned she was surrounded by goons. After that what happened was a horrible nightmare for him. He was attacked

"Although there is no injury in his head, he might be having a concussion for some internal fall. Hopefully he will remember it after a few days. It's strange though, I have not seen a patient who lost his memory and had no signs of any head injury."   Riley was frustrated by the doctor's words. She didn't know what he was even doing, comforting her and then taking it all back by saying how strange it was. "Love because that phase will be over soon."[Christian]     The cold weather hit Riley's skin and she shivered from the inside out. But what was surprising was she didn't shiver alone, the hand that was engulfing hers also shivered. The twigs outside we're shining and swaying in the wind after being washed by the rain.    Her eyes met his and Christian gave her a silly smile. From what she observed, he looked like a man crazily in love with her. He lifted the coat in his arms and draped it on her shoulders. His eyes fixed on trying to button it for her even though his fingers were trembling from the cold.   "Honey, you need it more than me," Riley said, hurling her thoughts in the back of her mind.     Christian only looked down at her eyes, and her breath was caught in her throat. His chocolate brown gaze had captured hers, and now there was no escaping.
