Chapter 14: Now I knowRowan              I look down at Jules’ still form as thoughts run through my mind. I didn’t know what to do after she passed out, so I brought her back to my place.              She looks so peaceful lying in the middle of my bed. Thankfully, I was able to stop the bleeding. But not before I got a taste of her blood. Now, I’m one-hundred percent sure that Jules is my mate. After tasting the sweet ambrosia that runs through her veins, there’s no doubt that she’s mine. He is sitting behind his desk, tapping away at his laptop, which seems mundane, considering that he’s a very powerful vampire.              His eyes hone in on mine as soon as I stop near his desk, and his brow furrows with consternation. “Where the hell have you been, Ro?
