SAM's P.O.V~~~~   Outside, we were also caught up with overwhelming amount of request coming from the customer. They were way too demanding that at one point,  I almost end up lashing at them. If not for my fear of making Harold disappointment about my action, I would have probably done it long ago.I could only pray for heaven to give me more patience.I was already irritated enough by the fact that I was left with no choice but to deal with the butch of noisy people against my will, but I did not know that I am still actually capable of feeling more irritated than how I already were. But when I saw, at the corner of my eyes, how the other girl, named Jodi was acting like some damsel in  distress, I could not help but roll me eyes.UGH! This useless bourgeoisie was really rubbing at me at all the wrong places. I don't know why but I don't like her right at the very first time that I

"This one smells good." "Wait! Let me give it a taste first." "Hmmmm. I think this food is my new favorite." "I never tasted something as delicious like this before." "Try this!" "GOSH! This sashimi is the best!" "Try some." "You must have  some." I smiled when I heard those words coming from our customers while they were in the middle of eating the foods that I cooked for them. I made sure to serve it while they were still had to preserve the flavor. Also by doing it this way, the foods would be at its optimal state for consumption. To be homest, I am glad that the food was to their like because at first I was hesitant."What if it won't suit their taste buds?" That was what I was most worried about. But it seemed that my concern was unfounded. Not long after, the

The moment she got the go signal from Alex, Shantal did not waste another minute of their time and started working her way inside the kitchen. She knew that they did not have the liberty of time so it goes without saying that they could not afford to make a mistake and redo something. As such, she did not allow Alex to touch the foods and made sure to prepare every single detail of it all by myself. Rather than having Alex do some small tasks like chopping and risk failing to meet her standard she delegated to him the task to do the dishes instead. At the same time, due to the fact that we were running out of time, Shantal was also left with no other choice but to multitask and so she started cooking different kind of foods all at the same time.If only truth would be told, Shantal did not only simply know how to cook. She actually boasted great talent was so good at it as if she was born with a natural talent in kitchen. In fact, she used to top her class when she once took

It turned out that Shantal was able to noticed how Alex was behaving differently. So she was left wondering to herself whether the reason why the other party  was relentless was because her presence brought him discomfort. She saw how Alex's eyes keep darting at one location of the kitchen.Conversely, since Shantal was already done with one dish, she wanted to start working with the plating next. That was why she chose not to pay close attention to Alex's attitude for a while. Shantal no longer asked Alex why he was acting weird because she know well enough that they don't have the liberty of time to discuss about the matter But she was thinking of asking the other party about it later once they were done serving all of the present customers and we finally got to close the store for the day.At the same time, Shantal would not understand the reason behind Alex's preoccupation as well as to why he did not seem to be in his usual self. Because Alex has no inte

It was clear for all eyes to see that Sam was unhappy about how she ended up dealing with the butch of noisy people against her will, when all she thought was that the trip was all about making sure to take Shantal back. The people around her keep pushing her patience to its limits. But when she saw at the corner of her eyes, how the other girl, named Jodi was acting like some damsel in  distress, the last strand of her patience snapped into nothingness as if it never existed in the first place. However, just as when Sam thought that she could not get more irritated than how she already was, she saw how Harold trying to act like a gentleman and offered to help Jodi to carry the tray of water. He wordlessly took it from the girl's hands as if there was no need to say anything anymore. They just stared at each other and locked their gaze to one another as if they could already understand each other read one's thought with just one look in their eyes alone. That was
