It was 9 pm and it was also time for their flight to America. Troy and Meera were already informed about their arrival and that's why Troy already arranged his meeting with Mr. Rong. Meera had already been admitted to the hospital and the doctors were pretty much done with all the tests, that's why the doctor informed them about the time for the surgery.
