After seeing Sam I was so much relieved. I scanned my surroundings while I was sitting on the chair.  The room was dark and dust filled the air.  The only light that came that illuminated  was one from the small window with a big whole in the glass.Hearing his voice made me releaved. I don't know who this man was but waking up here wasn't in my place.  For goodness sake I don't even know how  I got  here."Turn on the light," he told the man standing by the door.  The moment the light brightens the whole riom I closed my eyes shut beacuse of the blinding lights. I slowly opened them adjusting to the light. He took a chair and sat before me. I tried moving but my hands were roped on the arms of the chair and each of my legs on the bottom of the chair."Sam What's going on.  Why am I tied. You have to save me please.""Save you from what?" He seemed blank about this place just like I was."There's

But that didn't matter I didn't care about me right now but  my only prayers right now  were for Alex. The was no assurance that I would  get out of this alive. Maybe my prayers were the last thing I  would be able to give him before the end of me.I flung  both  of my hands to his hand tightly gripping my neck. I took a deep breath as I felt the tightness in my chest.  I couldn't breath and I could feel the pain in my lungs."You're hurting me ," I said trying to pull his arms and make the a little hit looser."Don't try act smart or this time I'll blow your brains.""Why don't  you give up al

Jean was the first one to recover from her head injury.  It was minor compared to what happened to Alex.  His condition was worse. Far worse in such a way that eveyone had lost hope but she still stood firm and refused to accept that  one day she would have to wake up and find him dead.I was difficult to accept that their love story would end like this. Something in her told her not to give up yet. And the very same thing kept her goingA whole week passed yet he still was unconscious. Life was at a stand still for everyone except  for Jeans uncle who had to take care  of the businesses. Her life was like a mess. She would spend most of the time at the hospital that at home. She still waited for this nightmare to be over.Everyone did. After Sam was sentenced with 50 yeras in jail for attempted murder, kidnappings and drug trafficking.  Who  could have know that the litt

Off to reading...☆▪☆This seemed like the right time her uncle to turn the  tables against Alex and he couldn't miss it."I told you that he couldn't be trusted."Jean shot her gaze to Alex who gave her an apologetic look."Alex," she whispered her eyes stinged with tears and a lump was stuck on her throat.  She was so embarrassed for being made a fool for all this time. She stood up in anger and gave him a tight slap and echoed in the whole room which had fallen into a complete silence. She couldn't believe that his father was right all long.A sly smile lay across his  uncle's face right now."I told the doctor to te
