Wyatt POVI look across my desk at the Supreme Elder, who is sitting calmly on the chair in front of my desk.  In one of the few times that her and I can be alone and talk a little more in detail about things, we both have jumped at the chance. I really want to pick her brain, because she often holds so much back.  I also know that she can tell us everything.  The downside is if she does, things often change and don’t actually happen the way that she has seen.I don’t want to waste any of our time, and I immediately go straight to the point.  “So, what is actually going to happen?  Or should I say what should I be cautious of?”The Supreme Elder slowly shakes her head.  “Alpha Wyatt, you know that I can’t tell you that much information.  The closest information that I can give you is buried in my riddles.  The Moon Goddess doesn’t like for me to give t

Is this the place?  I look at the small white house with black shutters while I recall the image from my mate’s mind.  Yep.I’m still amazed that Ben was able to do this on his first attempt.  It did take some time, but looking at it as a whole, it really didn’t take him too long.  He didn’t know what he was doing, but he was still able to concentrate and find someone. Truthfully, I believe that this person is the one the Supreme Elder was talking about being a pawn, but others think he is a bishop.  However, she won’t confirm anything until we bring the individual back.  I know that she is afraid of the Moon Goddess’ fury if she gives out too much information beforehand. Wyatt chimes, “This is it.  I just wish that I had a name to go with the face.  What am I going to say if he doesn’t answer the door?  Hello, I’m looking for someone who can appear not

Mason POVI walk in front of the trainees as I bark, “You have to be 100% prepared for the upcoming war.  This isn’t the time for you slack off.  We should be helping the new trainees too.  They are at a clear disadvantage since they haven’t trained with us before.  I’m not going to say that all of them are clueless on fighting, but some have never stepped foot on a training field before.  So, not only focus on your training, but when needed, help the newbies so they can learn everything faster.”I glance around the training field.  Everyone appears to understand as they nod. I turn my focus back to the section where all the newbies are at, including Finn.  He had been missing our training session to sit and keep Tommy company, but now that Tommy is awake, Finn has agreed to come out for a bit to begin learning how to fight.  All of this is new to him. Howev

I thought I had seen some strange things working with Eddie and King Enterprise, but that all pales in comparison to some of the things that I’ve seen here.  I’m still trying to handle the fact that I can now read peoples’ mind, but the biggest shock is how some of these pack members were treated before they found their way here.  Tommy dealing with the worst treatment out of everyone.  While I sit in a chair on the side of the room, I glance over to Tommy, who is still lying in his hospital bed.  He is able to get up some and try to move around in the room.  However, he isn’t allowed to venture any farther than that.  His legs were damaged pretty badly, and they are healing so slow, which I don’t understand.  He is a werewolf so why is it taking so long for him to heal physically.  I’m not going to even talk about how messed up he is mentally.  Luckily, Tommy is in a large room, since we have decided to train Finn inside

As I walk into Wyatt’s office, I call out, “Did I hear it correctly?  Is Theo actually coming back to work on those alliance contracts for us?”Wyatt looks up from his papers and computer and slowly nods his head.  “Well, he has been working on several projects relating to the gathering and now the alliance contracts.  I also have him working on digging through all those companies that are tied to each pack that is planning or has signed alliance contracts with Alpha Marcus.”  He sighs.  “I have been asking him to do a lot.  Luckily, he has done it with little or no protest.”I walk across the room and sit down in a chair in front of his desk.  With a faint smile on my face, I lean forward and chime, “It has been a while since I’ve seen him.  I hope that he is doing all right in the human world.”A smirk slowly dances across his face.  “Well, he is doin
