We walked into the pack house hand in hand. Today, the pack house is unusually clean. I can only smell flowers and food, not sweat. There's no one inside of the house. Eaton started to talk to someone on the other side of the phone and told them that we're gonna pay a visit. I assume he is talking to a doctor. Then Eaton stood behind me and ran his fingers along the cuts on my stomach carefully. He frowned.He put down the phone. "What have I done?" he looks so broken. Never thought I would be able to witness this other side of him. "E-eaton, it's....it's fine." i told him loudly for the hundredth time. I was reaching for his face but he stopped me and i felt so rejected all of a sudden. Maybe this is how it feels like when I keep telling him to get away from me.He sighed and started walking away. "Get dressed. We’re going to the doctor before going to you mom’s house." he said before closing the door.

“How are you feeling?” I quietly asked my mom who is sitting in front of me and Eaton with a very tired look on her face. Despite her effort to look as well as possible, i can’t help but see that she looks like she hasn’t slept. Her skin is pale and her hair is tied up but messy.“I’m fine, he talked to me before he left,” she gave us a weak smile and take a sip of her tea. “Did Toby tell you why?” I asked. I feel really bad for my mom already, but i should know the reason why he decided to leave and go rogue.  Rogues do not have a very good reputation among the packs. Usually they were banished because they have done something terribly wrong, it’s quite rare to find werewolves who leave on their own will. 

After staying quiet in the room for i’m not sure how long, I realised how the sun starts to disappear. I finally decided to come down where i hear plenty of voices talking. I just thought it would be very impolite to lock myself in the room since Eaton did not give me anytime to greet anyone earlier. My social anxiety was flying through the roof when I stepped into a room and everyone in there stopped whatever they were doing and stare at me. Felt like a solid minute before anyone made a move. Suddenly, a familiar face approached me and i could not be happier. It’s Naya, the girl from the party.
