  AFTER arguing what clothes to take, I shut them out and prepare myself for work.   Its Devon's first day in his job.   I WOKE up with a severe headache. Dahan-dahan akong napa-upo habang hinihilot ang ulo ko habang nakapikit.   I should sleep some more, yes sleep. I want to sle--   "Drink this."   Agad akong napadilat at napatalon sa'king kinauupuan.   "Dev?" Gulat na tanong ko.   He smiled sweetly, he's sitting beside me, holding my hand and caressing my hair.   Fuck! Ano na naman bang kahihiyan ang ginawa mo, Elara.  

"WE`LL look after her." I said. "What? How? Even the police and higher branch of government cannot find her? How would you find her?" Elizar asked. "I can deal with it, just give me some time." I said. Napatingin naman sila sa'kin. "I'm trusting you on this one, Lynette." Napangisi na lang ako at ipinakita pa ang susunod. "Prepare for this part. I'm sure they will approve this." I said. "The handwritten memo of the Victim claiming that she did it for sponsorship, mutual decision." Pagbabasa ni Aziel. "Wow." Reaksyon ng lahat. "They planned this really well. Ganito na pala ang mga opsiyal ngayon?" Inis na saad ni Thunder. "The only one who can testify about this is the Defendant, Accused or the Witness present in the crime." I said.   "OY, ano 'tong nababalitaan kong lumalablyp na daw si Miranda?" Bungad ni Kanluran.   Napa-irap na lang ako at nilakasan ang volume ng tv ni Ophira.   "Huli ka na sa chissmis. Sila na." Saad ni Dem.   Nanlaki ang mata ni Kanluran at tumakbo papalapit sa'kin tsaka ako niyugyog.   "Anak ng, magkakaron ka na ng ayuda!" Sigaw nito.   Napahalakhak naman kaming lahat tsaka ko siya binatukan.   "Sana ol, may love life." Saad ni Dem habang namamapak ng chiken skin.

  I STRETCHED my arms while yawning. Its lunch time, I haven't eat nor drink anything plus my secretary is on a sick leave.   I looked at the papers in front of me, I've been reading since I got to work. I haven't finish it!   "God, I'll torture myself later."   I stood up and stretch my whole body then drink some water.   I heared a knock on my door, I took a glimpse and saw Dev smiling while holding a bouquet of flowers.   "Wow, sinapian ka ulet?" Tanong ko at tinanggap ang bulaklak.
